"I had the pleasure of having lunch at Vertigo, the superb rooftop with swimming pool at the Pullman Hotel in Montpellier, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The quality of food is simply incredible. Each dish was cleverly prepared, with flavors that dance on the palate. But what really made this experience unforgettable is the impeccable and attentive service. As soon as we arrived, Colin, the restaurant manager, made sure that we had a pleasant time. His professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. His colleagues were also at the height, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Each detail was taken into account, which contributed to making this meal a real treat. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking, offering a unique perspective on Montpellier. It was like dinner in a dream setting. Every moment was a full experience, and I left with memorable memories. If you are looking for a place where gastronomy meets an exceptional service, Vertigo is the place to choose. I strongly recommend this address to all lovers of good cuisine and unique experiences. My lunch at Vertigo, with Colin and his team, will remain engraved in my memory as one of these perfect moments."

Impeccable welcome, very friendly waiter and waitress. The setting is magnificent. The food was very good but the rice had absolutely no taste or sauce. But other than that the meal and wine were very good.

The Pullman rooftop is nice. No transats. So not very practical when you get out of the pool, it itself a little small. The service is irregular. A little dilettante. Not quite like the hotel and especially the staff at the reception that is top. Taking breakfast is a happiness! Ver carta

Rooftop Hotel Pullman de Montpellier Polygone. A beautiful setting for lunch or dinner but a cold reception and dishes that have nothing exceptional for the high price for the proposed kitchen. Suitable for business trips but if you’re looking for a top restaurant for a romantic evening, I think it’s not super suitable.

The new card is fabulous, we're happy to discover new flavour, without a fabulous rooftop with impeccable and professional service.
