Les Mandarines - Carta

Average food, very limited menu, expensive prices. Nice view and good ambience, poor service. Ok for drinks or socializing, not really the best choice for lunch

in my top-3 restaurants. big sundeck, good food, good music. their selection of alpine or delicate pasta. with rosé natural. directly under the mt d’Arbois lift. not cheap.

so impressed by this place in recent years were some paintings. can't find any better place to eat on the mountain. the quality of food is excellent and sooo consistent. they get it every time Ver carta

We spent the afternoon there , food was good overall but the waitress/ direction was really unprofessional , we paid a decent amount of money (1000€) for 15 of us and they did not even dare to offer us a nice drink. That's so poor.

great location and view! we sat in the ground floor. a dame serves and absolutely no help in ordering. but eating came out really fast. but wow it was expensive. 80E for 3 softdrinks, 1 chips and 2 crepes! 24e for a water bottle? eating was in order, but not worth the money. a shame,

Enjoy the view ambience ,food and drink on a sunny day. Go for sea bass, wee chicken or truffle pasta. Terrace ideal place to spend an hour r two relaxing and enjoying the music. Chap that takes skis is a star so remember and tip him. Don't worry about the slightly snooty maitre d just revel in being in the mountains. One of the best views from a urinal in the alps. The service is so, so bad....45 minutes before our order was taken after several flag downs of the staff. The staff are oblivious. This place represents all that Megeve has become. There are far better, friendlier, welcoming, stylish, good service providers and unpretentious places to...eat that actually serve decent food (quickly) even in the height of the busy periods.

Outside is special , a real sun trap. Menu is good. The tuna is excellent as is the steak. Lighter meals ok and there is a children's ones. It is easy to get carried away and spend a few hours (and several 100€). You can do a torch lite descent, not for the faint hearted after a few drinks but perfectly safe. Not cheap but super service especially by the chap who looks after your skis.

The nice gent who takes your skis said they were full, but then, after a quick chat, a table for 4 was secured. Result! Now, bearing in mind this was a lovely sunny day in Feb....they were indeed full. However, within a few minutes the...order was taken and excellent hearty food appeared. Two subsequent orders were quickly sorted, with good humour and accuracy on a clearly busy day. There is an abundance of good food and excellent service here so it is well worth the money. Not one for every day as one would become too hefty to ski away, but definitely one for a special day. Ver carta
