"Absolutely incredible! My friends and I were visiting from The States and stumbled upon Le Refuge and decided to try it. The food was more than memorable (still thinking about their French Beef Wellington french toast dessert), the service was quick and friendly, and the owner stopped by and engaged with us. We took a chance on the magician going around to the different tables, and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend Le Refuge to anyone in the area and if I ever find myself back in France, I will be returning. Thank you all!"

Stunning location and stunning food! It was obviously very busy because of its reputation, so even though the service was very good, it was not excellent, but the food was incredible, especially the deserts, they were ghost bags! We will definitely return!

Food is good. Taxi to get there was ridiculous from the main town 135 euros there and back !!!!!!!!!! Outrageous price. Thankfully 5 of us so we could split the costs but still really bad. The service was too rushed and unfortunately this ruined our meal. The food was very good. We kept being told there is another sitting coming etc.... Not the right attitude. Ver carta

This restaurant offers fine food in a typical “savoyarde” atmosphere. You can have modern dishes personally had the tataki like beef and it was simply excellent) or more traditional ones fondue savoyarde for instance). Prices are high, 30 € per dish but justified...by the quality of the food. The service was good, the waiter was very nice and helpful. A very good evening in one Megeve’s best restaurants.
