I can say that it is the best place in Cuxhaven that I have visited, so far. Delicious food and great atmosphere. The service is very quick and the waiters are very attentive ;

We had the Veggieburger and the chicken crispy Burger. They came with beautifully cooked frits. Unfortunately, the burgers were not so good and they seemed to sell quantities of quality.

Aliens, don't leave without reservation. And know it's hard to do one. It is impossible for foreigners to download the app they recommend to make a reservation and they do not answer the phone. Remember because it looks cozy from the outside! Ver carta

Great food, terrible service, arrogant, no idea from covid rules and regulations. Is 2 G, but there 3G, okay house rules, you them your app for your covid jab then ask for your i.d. just over kill and very unfriendly. Only saving grace is good food and wonderful view over the beach and sea.

Nice location for a restaurant, but when we wanted to join two tables of two in the outside seating area we where harshly told this is not permitted and we were asked to have our kids sit on a different end of the outside area than us. So we left. Reputation might be good, but friendliness needs to improve.

My mom and I use to spend one weekend in Cuxhaven each february and we always go to this place. We love the cakes (the pieces are gigantic), they have simple but good food and the location is pretty nice with a great view towards the see and beach. The service is quick, not always suuuper friendly though but still far away from being rude. So, always a good choice! Ver carta

Amazing sea food in a beautiful restaurant just in front of the beach. The location, in the heart of Cuxhaven and in front of the sea couldn’t be better. The staff is polite and the service is impeccable. Everyday they serve fresh fish among other specialties. If you find yourself in Cuxhaven, this is the place to go for lunch, dinner or just a drink. But make sure you make a reservation ahead as tables tend to be fully booked.

There was a break in an otherwise rainy day, so we asked if we could sit outside. We were the only ones, but the staff was great! They dried off a table and even gave us blankets to ward off the chill. I wish I could tell you what we ate, but it was day 2 of a 9 day drive around Germany and by the end, we had stayed in 7 different hotels and had eaten at too many restaurants to remember them all. Thankfully, I took a picture, so at least I could figure out the name of the restaurant! From now on, I will take pictures of what we eat too! LOL! I know the service was wonderful and the food too!

We learned of this restaurant because friends of ours were having their wedding reception at this location. We decided to make it an extended weekend getaway. The restaurant is located on a dune above the beach and has a marvelous view of the water as well as nearby Neuwerk Island. This makes it the perfect location for sunset views.We first arrived at the restaurant the day before the reception for brunch. The food was delicious. The chef was very helpful especially in light of my food allergies and was able to provide me with freshly cut items that were prepared just for me.
