"After several trips to Louis Mueller during the past two years, it is obviously a place that keeps me coming back. Of course, the house beer is Bitburger, which is pretty hard to beat. The menu is interesting with typical German fare, but very well prepared. The service is very good, but it can be a little slow if you are there during dinner hours. Whenever I'm in Bitburg, this is one of my "go to" places."

We have eaten here 10 times and it is always excellent. The staff are friendly but not over bearing. One of the best place to drink the local Bitburger Beer. The hotel is superb value.

the local has several spatialities and a freeseat. eating is bourgeois and tastes delicious. there is nothing to be put out on the service personnel. a freshly tapped, well-tempered pils are also obtained.

a good civic eating is always getting at louis müller. .price performance absolutely okay and always a very good freshly tapped bitburger beer. you can sit inside nicely or watch outside in the pedestrian zone and people.

what should I say is regional good cuisine in whole bitburg.I was more often there eating well.Default there are for some service forces (not all!)I have never been as unharmed as hospitable! (still expandable!)the location is old,but that makes it again a unique flair, which one should not miss.

I decided for the cordon bleu from the kalb.Serviert was a perfectly prepared and tasteful generous portion.My special desire instead of the rigid supplement was promptly met.The greeting of the portons would have been enough for 4 people.The bitburger pils was perfectly tapped and tempered.Facilities, friendly and attentive service.A good bitburger recommended!
