I don't live in sunderland, but traveled one away to give a friend the experience. the restaurant is attractive, eating amazing service courtesy prompt. the only negatiw is, we sat near a window and were a very cold day in an old building, it was a little cold (the window was closed). that will not put me away from this wonderful place. love it!"

having been a regular here 15 years ago i was very disappointed at its decline. Food was average at best and the member of staff actually disagreed with me having brought the wrong sweet. It will be longer than 15 years before I return

Myself and my wife had a meal here before going onto the theatre. The service was first class and the food was magnificent it’s a lovely place to sit it’s cosy romantic atmospheric but you don’t feel cramped and you certainly don’t feel rushed I would recommend this restaurant to everyone

We enjoyed a pleasant meal during our third visit to Lucianos. However, when we arrived, they informed us that they did not have our reservation on file, despite receiving multiple confirmation emails. We were pleased that they were able to accommodate us nonetheless and impress us with their service.
