Everything very clear. Helpful staff in case of any disorientation. Was already ok as VILAN

Staff in the electronics department prefer to chill and use their cell phones rather than use them.

Rooftop eatery is the bomb. So lunch there. Eat on roof weather permitting. manora.... Go find it. And be amazed.

This place opens around 9 and we were there to have their 6 chf breakfast where you can choose six items from the buffet with a hot drink.

It is a store that has several items. From babies to adults, home and school. There is a restaurant above which you can look at the city from above with a 360 degree view, but you can only see the rooftops. This has to be warned. The food is cheaper than the others, however nothing special. If you are traveling in Switzerland and want to save money, this is a place that won't be too heavy on your pocket.

Die Dachterrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht lädt zum Verweilen ein.Für uns ist es etwas grundsätzliches, dass wenn Selbstbedienung und Aufräumen angesagt sind, die Preise nicht denen eines normalen Restaurants entsprechen dürfen.Des Weiteren wirkte die tolle Terrasse ein wenig verwahrlost und lieblos gestaltet.Für einen kurzen Kaffee mit Aussicht ist das Manora zu empfehlen. Zum Ausführen oder stilvoll ein Essen zu verbringen definitiv nicht.

Very bad shopping experience. Waited a long time for the checkout in the household department this afternoon. I was standing at the checkout and she continued doing her thing. I asked, can I pay? The staff said should I wait! A few minutes later another customer called, she immediately went to serve. I stood at the checkout and waited for a while. Then I looked for another employee, but I couldn't find one. Don't they know I've waited a long time.

We ate lunch here and plan to eat another meal here while in Lucerne. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. It seems like a farm to table operation as well. Many, many items to choose from so there is something for...everyone. The deserts were very good also. They have free water if you don't want to pay for a beverage. The roof top seating is great. There are bathrooms one level down. The restaurant is on the top floor of the dept. Store.
