Never had an issue eating here before, needed food for delivery today. The website states they deliver food and allows you to order online. Waited an hour and then called them as we’d heard nothing, they don’t actually do delivery anymore and wouldn’t have let us know (weren’t even aware of the order until I rang). Why have a website offering services you don’t fulfil? Ended up ordering dominos to feed the (now very) hungry people. Ver carta

Been to this restaurant a couple of times and it’s been amazing every time. The food is lovely, great vegetarian options and they cater to any adjustments you might need ie not cooked with alcohol. Beautiful setting, also really close to uni so a good place to go for lunch between lectures. Staff are great, ultimately a 10/10 restaurant experience. En pleno centro de Sunderland se encuentra Marcellos, el mejor restaurante italiano de toda la ciudad. Su dueño Genaro usó el nombre de su padre cuando abrió este elegante lugar. Sus hijos, tercera generación pero ya ingleses, ayudan en el negocio, ambos hablan inglés e italiano y uno de ellos se defiende en castellano. El menú exquisito, tanto en pastas como en otras opciones. La carta de vino muy amplia, siendo los mejores los italianos. I recently went to marcellos with my mother as a weekly treatment. from the 7 or 8 times in the last 2 months I was here I have never seen anything near what I would consider a bad meal or experience premise and atmosphere the interior of the restaurant is very spacious, which allows a simple movement around the space. the atmosphere is very cozy and no matter where I sit the place, is always clean. Moreover, there are Italian radio in the background played, which helps to soak in the atmosphere and sometimes it is nice to hear only music from another country. personal the personal is absolutely fantastic and I never had a bad experience with them and quite openly earn them all a massive pat...
