"My sister (45) and I (44) visited a restaurant today to celebrate the birthdays of my mum (72) and my godmother (71) after hearing good things about their afternoon tea. I have to say, we were not disappointed. The whole experience was delightful. We were warmly greeted by Linda and shown to our table. They offered a great selection of teas and the food was absolutely delicious. We appreciated the simplicity of the sandwiches and pastries, which were tasty and familiar. The sandwiches included cream cheese and cucumber, ham with Dijon mustard, and egg mayo. The scones were light and fluffy, while the cakes, including Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, chocolate brownie, and red velvet, were all delicious. The waitstaff, including Lily, Harry, and Linda, were attentive and accommodating. As a special surprise, they brought out individual cupcakes with candles and sang happy birthday to the ladies, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend having afternoon tea at this restaurant. It is well worth the money and provides a great experience."

"We wanted to say a big thank you to all of you and the team for ensuring we had a fabulous time at Northwood Piazza on Christmas Day. I think I mentioned that none of the six of us had had Xmas Day Lunch out before across combined ages of nearly 350 years! We chose you to celebrate with you as we have always been delighted with the food, ambience and team when we have eaten with you. Christmas Day was no exception … everything was perfect. We loved the food, the atmosphere, service was excellent and not rushed and everyone was delighted with their choices. I would heartily recommend you to anyone for any occasion and handling all your clients so brilliantly during what was a really busy service showed how good you are at what you do. "Parece que el pub tiene nuevos dueños, ya que estaba mucho más tranquilo que cuando estuvimos allí anteriormente. Los entrantes tardaron una eternidad en llegar, pero cuando lo hicieron fueron buenos. La comida principal fue decepcionante, con la carne en dos de las cuatro comidas dura y poco cocida. El gerente explicó que tenían un nuevo chef y redujeron la factura de bebidas, eliminó el costo de una botella de vino y algunas de las cervezas y eliminó uno de los platos principales de la factura. En general, fue una experiencia decepcionante, ya que esperábamos el alto nivel de comida y ambiente experimentado anteriormente."

"should have made many reviews before this for zara! I and my family have come here for 6 years. in this time we never had a bad experience or a bad meal. the resistance to quality is incredible, never had a bad meal, ever! we came back from sorrento in 2019 after fresh kalamari over there, on the day after our return we went to zaza and I ordered the kalamari (which I always get) and it were hives better than those I had in sorrento. really not to blame, this place, the service is always brilliant, always timely and friendly and always on special occasions for us!"
