I just had the worst food of my life, the pork meat had a severe smell, they didn’t even peel it well

Awful food, meat hard as rock. Unfriendly waiters, expecting the customers to understand german. The worst meal and service ever.

The advertised authentic Berlin restaurant experience comes across as quite touristy in this large establishment, with friendly, but somewhat hurried service by the many waiters. Good food though.

Hit the spot. Just arrived in Berlin. Late Sunday night. 9:30 dinner curry wurst and my friend had a schnitzel and two beers. Yea baby. So many grandma servers. Excellent service attitude! Cool uniforms.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years and it never disappoints. The staff are warm and friendly and the food is always delicious. After many years, I was delighted to be able to take my family here and have them try it all out for...themselves! I shall be back. Again and again and again.

We were so impressed by the service and food our first time there that we returned the next evening. We were looking for authentic German food and found it at Nante Eck. The half crispy duck was great and large enough for two to share....We tried an array of sausages and all were good. The crayfish bisque is a delight. Great atmosphere and value!

Antes de llegar a la puerta de Brandeburgo, encontramos este repleto restaurante del que estuvimos a punto de marcharnos tras el increíble mal educado comportamiento del camarero (el de la foto). Nunca la verdad me he visto en esa tesitura En lo que respecta a la comida, que es lo que realmente importa, sopa de patatas, carne de cerdo, escalope vienés, todo muy al estilo alemán abundante y rico. El precio de unos 20 euros por comensal sin postre.

Rather disappointing. The Curry Wurst did not have a curry sauce but something tomatoey, the Wiener Schnitzel tasted rather funny, rather ‘yuk’. But hey, after a long day walking around lovely Berlin we just wanted food, warm food. The guy serving us was running around...trying to keep everybody happy and since it was rather busy, we compliment him on still being very nice and patient while we were debating which food to choose. Anyway, will not visit this place again, I’m afraid

our waiter, sandy, advised us that the business lunch for 9,90 euro was rewarding. so we chose the huge garnels with Italian vegetables and spaghetti with a creamy Vegi soup as starter. the meal was fantastic and I said to my wife that they would pay three times so much in a similar restaurant in the heart of London,Paris or new york. sandy was the most attentive waiter I had in the old. he took our overgarmente and my walking sticks into the garderobe and even opened the disabled washing room so that I would not have to take the stairs down into the back room of the stairs. the restaurant was packed shortly after arriving, while the Italian place next door remained half empty.
