Chips always seem to be cold and raw, this will be the last time going here! Also several staff are extremely rude

Flakey cod, crispy batter, not here. Flat, tasteless, soggy batter, robbed!! There must be a better chippy in Sutton

Found hairs in food and when rung up to complain the ‘owner’ and manager were really defensive. Will not be returning Ver carta

Awful food and an idiot behind the counter arguing with his customers. Massive rip off and terrible customer service. Avoid.

The first time we ordered from here it was perfect. Ordered 3 times since and EVERY time since they have messed up our order and its always the kebabs. The food is good but you never know what you're gonna get!!

We have never had a bad meal! My son was visiting and he decided to treat us to dinner, my partner and I had cod and he had a mixed kebab, he did not stop raving about how good the kebab was. Well done yet again as you have never failed us Ver carta

I'm not one for reviews, however credit where is due. What an incredible fish and chip shop! The owner has a fantastic relationship with his customers and staff. He is there every time me and my family visit which says it all. Very clean business. P.s great halloween decorations outside. They take pride!

Been having food from this chippy for years and have always enjoyed my meal. Tonight myself and my daughter ordered the evening special and I had fish and chips. The fish was cold in the middle and was slimy. The chips were more like crisps. Seems that another food place has cut corners once they have a good reputation. I will be ordering from elsewhere in the future

Friday night chip night, myself my dad son , grandson and daughter in law decided to have chips for our tea, my son and daughter-in-law had fish and chips which they said was good , Oliver (Grandson had sausage chips and beans. Myself and my dad had pie and peas which were frankly dreadful , Stone cold and the peas tasteless, the only benefactor was Ted , our dog, what a total disappointment and waste of money. Certainly will not be spending my money there again. I was charged £40.00 would rather have paid a little more and had the food warm and tasty. What a disaster!!!! Ver carta
