WOW... amazing food last nite at Olivers, pir and homemade chips!!! Gravy to die for... all perfect. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great evening had by all.

We had a celebration meal for 26 people here last week, and could not have been happier. Staff were extremely helpful, food was excellent and service was superb; serving 3 courses to a large party promply and without fuss. Cannot recommend Olivers highly enough

Found this amazing bar and kitchen after staying in a local hotel and having two awful meals. Ordered a house burger and a portion of dirty fries and a pint of neckoil. Burger was really nice and the dirty fries were good as well, highly recommend for a nice pint of ale and simple food cooked well. Ver carta

2nd year running we have held our works Christmas Party at Olivers… Again it did not disappoint…. We decided not to have the Christmas menu and have the Gastro menu instead as the variety suited all of our palates…. Catering for 15 of us… All 3 courses was excellent… Kane and his team ensured the drinks flowed all night so we could all relax and enjoy the night…. A very big THANK YOU from all Selwood….

What a great disappointment. The chef apparently burnt the belly pork starters so we couldn’t have the numbers of dishes are required. The first waiter was reasonable at a push. Then when the only belly pork came that could be made came it was okay but overdone. Then my niece’s food was burnt/overdone so they had to make something else. To add insult to injury the manager was rude and did big know how to apologise

We went to have our Sunday dinner at Olivers today. We often go there for food or the sister pub the Lion in Brinsley. This is hands down one of the best roast dinners you will have. We've been coming here for years now for the food but also for the live entertainment and drinks. They work really hard to provide a broad spectrum of entertainment and it's always a great night out at the weekend. The bar staff are great and today we were served by a really lovely lady who couldn't have been more friendly. Just as an extra today we ate for free. We live local and our house had been damaged by the flood. The owner not only came and helped us local residents with our homes but then fed us all for... Ver carta
