Half decent pizza had better. Had worse. Shame they can't cut a pizza into slices. Half cut at top.and not though to the base . Ver carta

the job is beautiful and hot. unfortunately missing a pizza. olivia was straight to her manager and sorted. 30 minutes later, olivia rose up with the hot and fresh missing pizza. Thank you. olivia you are a star

this chain offers many vegan options so highly recommended on this part. so far I have placed at least 10 orders, of which only one was wrong, where no vegan cheese was placed on my pizza. they treated this very well and gave a free order next time. Ver carta

Had a bad experience about a month ago but thought maybe that was a one off.Not so.pizzas came on time but were dry, hardly any tomato or cheese and sparse toppings.wife threw hers in the bin.These pizzas are now awful.who ever is making them should be trained properly or go and work in mcdonalds.will not be using again and certainly do not recommend.pappa john management need to wake up.your food is sub standard.

Ordered takeaway from here food never arrived, phoned that evening they never answered. Then phoned the next day, to ask for a refund and was told it was my fault they couldn't find my place and then started to get rude and aggressive. Customers service is shocking and non existent. Contacted head office and the driver flat out lied about it saying he had knocked on the door when they investigated it which isn't true. It doesn't look like a one off as theirs loads of other reviews saying the same thing. Looks like the staff their need to be re-trained on customers service.

My order come in a timely manner, unfortunately it was all nearly cold, I don’t think it was four cheese it was just garlic. And the Oreo dough balls were so chewy. I rang and complained and spoke with the manager, he offered collected my food, then called me. He asked if I wanted a refund or a new order. I asked for a new order which he asked me to text him, he then cooked all my order himself and had it delivered within 40 mins. I’m happy with the food, it’s exceptional and the manager should be proud of making food that nice. It’s a shame that’s not what I got originally but I am more than happy with my new pizza and four cheese garlic bread which was so hot and cheese melting in my mouth... Ver carta
