"Wir waren im Oktober 2022 mit einer größeren Gruppe in der Pizzeria Amalfi in Langenau. Bedingt durch die Größe der Gruppe waren wir in der Kegelbahn untergebracht. Diese war typisch Kegelbahn ungemütlich und muffig. Allein schon die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich schwierig, da alle vor dem Haus vorhandenen Parkplätze belegt waren, da zeitgleich ein Fußballspiel stattfand. Letztendlich habe ich dann vorne bei Kaufland mein Auto abgestellt. Ich war bei den Ersten, die da waren und habe auch gleich die Bestellung aufgegeben. Wohl wurde dann erkannt, dass es wohl sinnvoller ist, Tisch Nr. zu verteilen und die Bestellung wurde nochmals aufgenommen und kurze Zeit später ein drittes Mal. Besteck und Servietten wurden zum Selberholen im Besteckkasten bereitgestellt. Irgendwann wurde ein Gruß des Hauses ein Bruscetta verteilt leider nur halt nicht an jeden. Des Weiteren wurden die Bestellungen nicht nach deren Aufgabe abgearbeitet. So hatte ich obwohl ich bei den ersten gewesen bin, nach 2,5 Stunden und mehrmaliger Nachfrage meine Pizza immer noch nicht. Vom Service erhielt ich die lapidare Aussage er sei nicht der Pizzabäcker. Schlussendlich habe ich dann auf die Pizza ganz verzichtet, nachdem alle anderen zwischenzeitlich schon lange gegessen hatten. So habe ich nach 4 Stunden das Lokal mit 3,90 Euro Umsatz für ein Getränk verlassen, da auch der Getränke Nachschub zu wünschen übrig ließ. Mein Fazit: Unorganisiert, überfordert, ungemütlich und unfreundlich."
