in the first evening our meal was very good. Second night, great disappointment. also 10% measurement fee is a wange.

Cannot fault the Potting Shed in any way. Friendly welcome, great service, fab food and dog friendly, this was our second visit in the space of a month, new to the the area, will be our go to place. Ver carta

Our first visit to The Potting Shed didn’t disappoint. We sat in the bar by the fire which was fab. We both had the cheese soufflé and the pork chop both were absolutely fantastic. Lovely wine, lovely service. Looking forward to returning.

I already wanted to go to the potting shed. very glad to have finally gone. service and eating were both excellent. the Scotch egg-based starter was excellent as the other cheese soufflé starter. hauptkurs ribeye steak was super and good...just as required. recommend a visit for a high quality dinner. beer and wine options are also good.

They only offer dinner items which is too heavy for a lunch all 5 of us ended up ordering a starter of smoked mackerel pate with sourdough bread very expensive at £8.50 each, we did ask if they did sandwiches but no they...don’t. The real killer came when I ordered two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc £24.40 for TWO glasses of wine !! I will never go back and I am not a tourist I live locally but will certainly spread the word about this extremely overpriced place avoid!! Ver carta

at the arrival we were shown in our room what a surprise we had no idea that they were so restless. a large area for relaxing including chairs outside. it was just what we needed, space to relax. we had dinner every night and don't owe it. the breakfast was wonderful, they have a wonderful varied menu. all staff were very friendly and friendly, but andrea and keeley were especially nice a loan to the team. we really hope to visit again and would definitely recommend.

perfection through simpleness. beautiful decoration, warm and friendly ambiente, impeccable service (by olivia and a wonderful evening meal experience. the food was delicious and with small hauchen like crisp rock salt over fresh butter with our brot, we enjoyed appetising from asparagus with egg,...black pudding scotch egg, seabear with grilled vegetables for the main, and delighted with the contemplativeness of a happy birthday brownie for dessert. will be back soon

Terrible disappointment for the money they charge.. I had a burger which was average nothing special No frills just plain burger. My husband’s fish and chips was greasy shiny batter Filled with white slime. I had two glasses of wine and Wes charged two different...amounts The first was the house wine which was a reasonable price and the second one was over £10 a glass which they refused to except their mistake! They then brought us the bill had the nerve to charge an extra 10% service charge for two of us .. Will we be going back let’s have a think about this NO Ver carta
