Had a lovely meal on my last night in epsom and was served by the most kind waitress Klara! Will be back as soon as possible!

Another excellent lunch with a warm welcome again with the right level of attention and service. The Cheam restaurant should take note. The manager at Epsom is on the ball at all times.

I had the best time at prezzo last night! I will be returning after lockdown, after a hard year for everyone the staff made us feel so welcome, the food was beautiful. Anthony and the rest of the team made the night so special, lovely people

We had a lovely pre birthday meal. I had been sent a voucher from Prezzo for a free bottle of prosecco for my Birthday which is what drew us in. I had never been to the Epsom site before but we had a lovely meal. The food was great but in particular, the service from one of the Managers, Anthony, was amazing. Thank you for a great time, we will definitely be back.

I have been to this restaurant a number of times over the years for lunch, this visit was very disappointing, given previous visits . Ten minutes for drinks to arrive , a another ten minutes to take food order, twenty minutes for starters to arrive and then a further thirty five minutes for the mains to arrive after chasing twice , food Ok when it arrived , but the experience was very disappointing.

We ordered two Gluten-Free Pepperoni pizzas through Deliveroo. Although the service was fast, we were disappointed with the quality. The crust was extremely hard, the toppings didn't stay on the crust, and there were burnt spots on the topping. We reached out to Deliveroo and Prezzo regarding our experience, but received no response from either. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the experience.

My family and I like to visit this restaurant during the week when we don't feel like cooking, and we use our Taste Card to make the prices more affordable. The service is good and the food is typical Italian cuisine from Prezzo. The restaurant is clean, but the decor is a bit bland and sterile compared to some other places. It's not a fancy dining spot, and it can get quite crowded with families, so be prepared for children running around. The staff are polite and well-trained, but they can get busy, so there may be some delays in service. Overall, it's a popular restaurant that's perfect for a casual meal out.

A group of us had chosen this for a quick pre-cinema super. Although Epsom has a lot of restaurants, I’ve never found anything half decent or worth getting excited about and this is certainly up there with the others. A typical chain restaurant with a massive menu and although between us we had five different mains, I can’t say anyone was impressed. It all felt like large scale catering.I chose a Calzone. A mistake. Soggy and flaccid with nothing to recommend it. Served with a small undressed salad and a cold bland tomato sauce on the side. Surely that should have been hot at least ?But service was friendly and the meal was fast.

Went with my disabled mother, a friend and her child. Anthony straight away opened the door as he saw us approaching and got us a table with easy wheelchair access without prompting. My friends daughter was given crayons and activity set and he really spoke to her nicely. We felt awful he didn’t get a tip but there was no option on the card payment and we didn’t have cash. I hope he at least gets recognition though as he was nice and attentive without being pushy or overbearing.The food was nice, though I do feel too expensive. The ice cream for dessert served in tub like you’re in a cinema was extremely odd for the setting. Coffees were nice. Shame the drinks are Pepsi and not Coke. Cheapen...
