"Our group of five had dinner at Punta Arenas in November 2016. The restaurant has an open design and a large outdoor sitting area during the sommer months. The service was decent. They were friendly but lacked some training. The house red wine from Argentina was very good and a nice pairing for my rib-eye steak. All of the steaks we ordered were cooked according to our requests and delicious. I did not like that the steaks come with nothing. All sauces and side dishes are sold separately. This felt like a poor attempt to get more money. Despite this, a very good meal and enjoyable dining experience."

The service could be better, since there are 5 waiters at the counter and you have to make your presence known to order something and then wait forever until the drinks are served, the restaurant wasn't nearly full. I ordered 200g lamb fillet (unit price 19€ without side dish/sauce) and compared to the 200g beef steak, I only got 2 small strips (maximum 75g if it came high).
