Family dinner of six adults and two children. Very busy little place food excellent staff friendly. What more can you ask for.

I used to frequent Benkaz at least once a month, but my recent visit with family left me disappointed with both the food and the service.

Loving the new open plan at benkaz had an amazing lunch food was brilliant as usual and the service is the best and prices are unbeatable

The meal was excellent great quality and very reasonable. The staff were brilliant my daughter is allergic to garlic and the head waitress checked the menu she ordered to make sure everything was okay. 10/10 for service.

Best food anywhere in north lanarkshire.if steak is your thing them this is the Place to eat Beast charcoal fillet steak anywhere in central scotland. Service when busy sometimes can be a little slow but you will not be dissapointed with the food

Went for a Family meal before My Wife went on a Cruise There was 8 Adults Kids The Staff Were Very Friendly The meals were all Top Class was Great The only Downer was the Drinks were a bit Dear PS They are in the Middle of Redoing it bigger Cant Wait to Try It Once it Reopens

Lovely decorated restaurant with friendly staff. 3 course set menu £15.95, good choices and portion sizes. A la Carte reasonably priced. Food of excellent quality and very tasty. Even brought dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday which was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend.

The worst service I have ever had. Booked for my dad's 60th. Didn't have our reservation, asked us to wait on a table. Waited 45 mins then 11 of us were squeezed in the corner with no way for us to get in and out after we had sat down. Asked for a few jugs of water for the table when we sat down. The girl appeared 5 mins later with 1 jug of water and 3 glasses. A further 10 mins later we still hadn't even been given menus so we left. First time I have experienced anything like it. Will definitely not be back.

We have visited Benkaz several times with our friends and family for various events, and we have never encountered any issues. It had been a while since our last visit, so we decided to see the new renovations. Unfortunately, if this is what the renovations have brought, they should just start over. The food was still excellent, as always, but the new staff they have hired are incredibly unprofessional. The manager was rude, smelled of smoke, and was dressed inappropriately for a restaurant of this caliber. The other staff members seemed clueless and unhelpful when we asked multiple times for our drinks, which were clearly visible at the bar.
