The raw materials are certainly of good quality, but for my taste the dishes are too elaborate and full of sauces that cover and confuse the tastes, making the dish too heavy. Amazing marrow risotto and exceptional trout carpaccio. The other diners also really enjoyed all the food with both meat and fish dishes. Fairly high prices, but excellent quality. The service was excellent. The restaurant kindly created a full vegan tasting menu for me, as I was joined by two friends (non-vegan) who were having the tasting menu. The food and the service was well worth the price. Thank you to the staff who made this wonderful experience possible!
