"The kitchen is excellent. The frame is beautiful! On the other hand... the service was particularly long and the waitress was not very pleasant: there was a lot of waiting and when we asked if we could order (and even to have our dishes) the waitress answered us dryly. While we were very polite. The meal was very good. We had fun. However, at the time of payment, one of us wanted to pay two shares with the detail of what they had eaten. There... the gentleman who cashed us has answered us roughly there are balls even on Sunday, I reassure you in front of other customers. This is unacceptable. After this incident, we will never return to Bahia again!"

"Nous fréquentons cet établissement chaque année et le plaisir est toujours le même. Installés sur la terrasse pour un déjeuner d’été, la vue sur le lac est magnifique. Les jeunes femmes qui sont au service sont agréables, bienveillantes et très professionnelles. Les plats de qualité et les tarifs très raisonnables. Un bel endroit pour se détendre autour d’une bonne table."

"A very pleasant surprise! A refined and generous cuisine with precise and delicate tastes. A dynamic and listening smiling staff. Really a very pleasant moment in a place just as pleasant and for a price more than reasonable for the benefit. The more the formula chords put wine to the glass proposed at only 20€ recommended by the sommelier, a pleasure. I strongly advise him."

"Le chef, maître restaurateur, est aussi un maître saucier remarquable qui sait cuisiner les viandes avec art et talent ; je vous conseille les ris de veau aux morilles et/ou (plutôt ou, parce que vu la générosité du plat, vous ne pourrez pas déguster les deux en un seul repas) le pavé de bœuf Rossini. Un petit Pousse-Rapière en apéro, une soupe de pruneaux toute l'année, ou un gratin d'abricots frais et boule de glace vanille maison, en saison... vous ne pouvez qu'être comblé ! La prochaine fois, cet automne, je parlerai du gibier : il paraît que Monsieur Llorca excelle dans son mitonnage.Vraiment, une adresse à ne pas manquer !"

"On the southern tip of the Paladru Lake, Les Voiles is an absolute gem of a restaurant. I am writing this review as we finish a fabulous lunch in the garden of a very peaceful lakeside location indeed. The chef is obviously talented and...cares a great deal about the plates coming out of his kitchen. Traditional cuisine but with some originality, sourced from the successful combinations of tastes, textures and colours. No time or effort is wasted here to ensure the food is excellent. A classic dish of marinated salmon came with a deliciously fresh dill cream, the salmon just the perfect texture and taste. The salad with snails ‘en persillade’ came with a bit of foie gras and the lightest home made dressing. The snails were quirkily presented encased in a choux pastry. Seriously good food! Our main of chicken in a mushroom cream sauce was accompanied by garlic sautéed potatoes and puréed carrots. Very, very tasty! We picked an assortment of desserts to share. All home made from the classic crème brûlée, chocolate mousse to the mouthwatering pear tart. The chartreuse liquor infused ice cream (emphasis on cream was just the cherry on top of a superb meal. They also have a wide selection of teas from across the world. Service by the chef’s lovely wife was very friendly and informative. We can not recommend this place more! If in the vicinity of the Paladru lake, do not hesitate. Les Voiles is a must to visit! lunch for came to in total. An incredibly low bill for a memorable lunch."
