"Run! Upon arriving after a while we ordered for the drinks and then we were served a lock complement to the establishment but not the drinks that finally arrive in two acts but only after claim. We ordered a frying... of lorries and when we are served we ask that the locks, empty, be rid of "it's not me" good, so we ask another person the same answer. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting during which no one took our order (there were no crowds) we decided to pay and leave the place. when I explain to the person with restraint the reason of our rushed departure I am told “You will not teach me my job? do not recommend beautiful setting however service is unacceptably poor. we arrived, ordered drinks, and received a complimentary “verrine” which we finished still awaiting our drinks. they finally came in two passes only after having to point out the missing drink. when they finally served the second drink we had finished and asked the empty “verrine” be removed only to be told “that’s not my job someone else will come by” we then had our appetizer and while several people passed by it was obviously no one’s job to bus tables. after 45 minutes sitting in front of empty dishes and still no one had taken our order despite the fact that there was no crowd we decided to leave. when asked i replied that waiting such a long time was unacceptable i was told “You’re not going to teach me my job, are you.”"

Tout est parfait. Cadre magnifique, personnel souriant et cuisine raffinée mais très gourmande ! Les assiettes sont généreuses, colorées et la carte est variée. Jamais déçu de cette adresse.

Petit arrêt pour se désaltérer dans cet endroit charmant, nous avons commandé PERRIER rondelle. Nous avons bu un verre d'eau gazeuse avec la rondelle citron. Pas certain que notre commande soit l'authentique PERRIER malgré notre remarque. Nous attendons toujours la preuve avec la bouteille.. Mauvaise expérience !

Always packed mainly with locals. Booking is normally required especially for a table on the terrace which is on the banks of a small canal and the Loire. To avoid too much early evening hot sun, a table beside the restaurant is safer than one...under the beautiful trees. Good French food, of the region. Good service. Parking nearby. Ver carta

We are Americans and speak very little French but have always been welcome, even without a reservation. Food is varied and a good price, 29 euros for...three courses. Nice, fair, varied wine list. They have a wonderful location in a charming village. We will continue to return here whenever we can.

The restaurant is very cozy in a fantastic place of Orleans, just in front of the river Loiret. It is a old house, in very good shape, a large dinning room with a nice fire place. The food is excelent and the service very personalized....Typical dishes, both meat or fish. Good deserts and a fantastic pear liquor (fresh, umh!! . If you go to lunch you have the chance the do before or after a very walkside by the river surrounds. Delicious. Ver carta

Business meeting and have been here 5 6 times over the years. This time, despite similar colleagues, everything seemed a bit more relaxed . Weather was glorious (but not warm enough to sit outside and listen to the sounds of the fish jumping) and the food...was great. Being a veggie in France can be hard work but my business colleagues always sort me out. Chef may have complained in the back room but my fare was lovely. Thank you to all at The Marine I hope to bring Mrs CJ in the Summer..
