Restaurant Goldener Hecht

in the beer garden of the golden hecht in heidelberg we enjoyed a fine eating in the free. the service was great and the evening totally pleasant.

we only went on a glass weeping and dessert and ordered the marillenknödel, an Austrian speciality. they were very good, but we were seriously disappointed by the quality of the wein.

The best restaurant with ground floor kitchen in the old town. Here you will find delicious veal, best potato salad and a magnificent view of the Old Bridge. Only the glass salad bowls I miss! Ver carta

a visit is definitely worth it! huge portions at a good price and qualitatiw high-quality eating make this a fantastic restaurant that we will definitely visit again! the personal was also friendly:)

the food was in order, but the terrace is not flat, so one of us was above the table and the other underneath. so many smokers as in all Europe must be found. the waitress was murky - our first eating in heidelberg and not a good start - but the rest was good.

restaurant half empty. it took 15 minutes until someone accepted our orders, and when I asked how long we had to wait for the food, we were told 45 minutes. I don't want to know what it is when they're busy. we left there and then left, but the staff did not apologize.

Unfortunately, the highly praised imperial bull just tasted for sweet egg - not delicious! the maril steering dumplings, the carvings and also the bratkartoffels were really good. the service is however quite bad - unattended, consistently untrained and totally confused!
