nice eating, great atmosphere, friendly staff. very good service and so a cozy place also! Once they've been here, they'll be back.

Impromptu stop here as there was a long wait for my appt at local hospital. Staff were lovely and friendly and food was fantastic. Will be back for sure!!

Visited rise and grind for the first time. Had a lovely gammon and chicken roast. Yorkies were home made. Fresh vegetables. Plenty of gravy. Everything hot! Staff are very friendly.

Beautiful Sunday dinner. Beef was perfect and my mother said the pork was beautiful. Jug of extra gravy provided without being asked love it! Staff were attentive and efficient as always. Thanks girls!

beautiful caffe. had a coffee that was so beautiful, and a scoon with jam and saw. it was huge with a lot of jam and saw. it had been warmed so that it was soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. it was favorable for the quality, and the personal was really nice and friendly. would go again.

Fantastic, proper, tasty homemade food. I visited on a Sunday, with 5 of my family, only roasts on offer. Which wasn't an issue at all as the food was spot on, reasonably priced, and service was very attentive, and super friendly. We were all very impressed, suitably full, and very happy diners. Highly recommended, well done all involved will definitely be making a return visit.

Came here for a Sunday Roast with my partner. Both of us went for the Chicken and we weren’t disappointed. I especially enjoyed the Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce and the Stuffing. Staff were polite as well and they even had a musician performing too, although when we spoke to one of the Waitresses she told us that they don’t get performers every Sunday. Usually come here for Brunch but Sunday Lunches are a definite go to for me.

Family Reunion. Brother and sister in law John and Barbara and their son Steve came over on a visit from Australia. We had heard a lot of good reports about the Rise and Grind Cafe-Restaurant-Cocktail-Wine Bar in Mill Lane Wallasey, so we booked it for our special family reunion. So glad we did!!! We had a fantastic time. Can’t say enough about the food (three course meal, menu choices ordered in advance the friendly service and good humour of Vicky and the Team.
