"the restaurant häfele in immenstaad my favourite place at the lower sea, where I can observe the laying of the passenger ships and sailing ships. all that at very little trouble. location: this is in the best position at the beginning of the harbourmole of immenstaad. next door is the small harbour of immenstaad. within the building block are the tourist information and a public toilet and the yachtclub. the terrace is very large. in bright and glazed interieur also find very many guests space. Moreover, there is also a circulation in the interior: everything I have tried so far (carved, thai curry,) was very delicious. the food came warm and after a short time at the table, as it looks in the high season, I can't say. the selection ranges from thaicurry to lasagne, drall roasts to zanderfilets. here everyone finds something. prizes: the boar with pommes without salat for just 19 eur is already neat. but they are also here by the sea and I want to pay the view. very many meat dishes are as normal part 240 gr. and smaller part 180 gr. available personally: the personal is very friendly. in the next season the personal deck could sometimes be somewhat better padded. park: at the beginning of the harbourmole there are some paid parking spaces. Otherwise you have to go a bit further if you find something somewhere in the surrounding areas. Accessibility: the complete system (internal and external) is barrier-free. from parking. after that: from the naval dock you can start a journey to Constance, Lindau or mersburger."

"Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und daran gibt es gar nichts zu meckern! Wir hatten einige Gerichte von der Tageskarte und für die Kinder Spätzle mit Soße. Auch die Location an sich ist nett und punktet mit einem kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder. Leider lässt der Service der uns zugeordneten Mitarbeiterin (eine Dame mit schrägem einseitigem Zopf) sehr zu wünschen übrig, weshalb wir leider auch ohne Trinkgeld gingen. Weder ein Lächeln, noch der höfliche Smalltalk oder ein „Auf Wiedersehen“ brachte diese Dame über ihre Lippen. Wir fragen uns ob es an den 4 Kindern lag, welche sich jedoch anstandslos benommen haben da wir häufig essen gehen und sie sich daher auch in einem Restaurant zu verhalten wissen. Jedenfalls war die Bedienung seit der ersten Minute an sehr unterkühlt weshalb wir leider 2 Sterne abziehen müssen und auch eine Bewertung da lassen. Schade… denn solche Mitarbeiter vermiesen leider dem Koch das Geschäft und uns das Mittagessen! Muss nicht sein… es gibt genug Restaurants mit nettem Service in Friedrichshafen und Umgebung! Schade! Am Geschmack lag es nämlich wirklich nicht."

"we were in the heinzler for the first time and had booked a junior suite. room super, the warmth and service at breakfast very good, breakfast selection also very good!Also good, more at the best will not. negatiw, the two sessions for dinner from 18 to 20 o'clock and from 20 o'clock ... are not customer-friendly, here you will want to maximise the profit by any price. the house not appropriate service, from “heartful” and “Heiter” in the evening no trace ... also last night the château briand for 2 persons: a third of the meat was tough and not edible, the sauce béarnaise from the tetra pack! as “decompensation” because of the meat we received a half liter (open!) with effort and need, probably “grossfast”. Rosé wine. If that had not happened to our last night, we would have canceled all the other evenings immediately. the reception at the réception depends strongly on the person who has just service. the ladies topp, the heart ... - after prior consultation I brought some fresh meat from the shopping and wanted to give it to the réception (for the refrigerator), which meant that we could just give it to the kitchen staff... from service far away this note. or even when ordering a bottle of wine from the room: I landed in the kitchen, who tried to get a person from the service to the phone and because obviously all were just labor-shy he was cursed loudly (I prefer not to quote here) ... finally, a dame was comfortable to pick up our order. all in all, the choice of this house was a disappointment. we will not visit the hotel for a second time and can not recommend it to a certain extent ... the listing of the services with “satisfaction” only because it was exceptionally attentive and professional at the breakfast."

"On the first right day at the destination we wanted to take a look at the place and visit the announced medieval spectacle at the port. The path led us under the busy B 31 and then through the border areas of Immenstaad to the shore path. Already when approaching the port area, we noticed the “ship” that propagated its special offers on numerous exhibitors. Then we spent some time in the port area, watching the Gauklern and then the ships on the lake. After that, the coffee thirst reigned, and a little of it should be. We took our steps back to the “Schiff”, past the house to the bank garden. Then we could get a table that was just released in the first row of water and took place there. Shortly afterwards an operation came to the table and gave us the cards, but we had already decided for one of the offers: "Warmer apple strudel with vanilla ice cream, cream and coffee/caffee/Latte Macchiato" for 6,80 €, with Madame as a drink a latte Macchiato, I decided for the Cappucino. The young woman trembled our desires in her digital helpers, thanked herself and disappeared towards the house. Later a young waiter came and brought the coffee specialties, and of course he had to ask for the task. The sweetener requested during the order was present on the saucers, along with the usual packaged piece of cookies. Another waiter came back a few minutes and brought the two plates with apple strudel, cream and vanilla ice cream. The piece of apple strudel was not only small, it was good warm and very tasty. Better than we saw from other cafés. The vanilla ice cream was normal standard from the large pack, but the overall package was good for us. We enjoyed the sunshine right by the lake. Overall a nice start for our holiday."
