I was here at least 10 times. eating is very good, service great and the selection of crying through the glass is endless. my favorite Italian in Germany without doubt. I'm going to miss you in advance, because the space is limited.

The wine, the olive oil, the bread, the meals: all exquisite... nothing to add! So good! Go there and make out for yourself! You can try anything. We had dinner at Ristorante Il Teatro, near Konigsplatz, a small wine bar. We almost panicked when the menu didn’t list entrees, but my husband noticed a blackboard outside that listed dorade. Our starters were insalata caprese, a large mound of buffalo mozzarella surrounded by...half cherry tomatoes on a bed of arugula very good! The dorade was beautiful, but over-salted, we thought, but cooked properly.

After a look that quenched the visits of other restaurants in the last night we came here. we arrived at 9 o'clock and sat outside, nice and cozy. I ordered oktopus and my friend gambas. we are both great. beautiful and delicate, beautiful fresh crimson and very tasty. first, the waiters did not seem friendly, but once we gave them a smile, the long day they had already understood, they opened themselves and were very nice. the wee was a bit expensive so we had a refreshing beer. reale recommended. directly outside the main roads in the center. il teatro is located near by the Fridricianum, the main art-festival documenta building in Kassel, just right in the city center. the restaurant is a true family business, dad is chef, mam and son are doing service and they do all three very well!...seating is nice and cosy (avoid sitting close to the door), meals are fresh and tasty and the variety of the menu is wide. We had fish, pasta and carpaccio, wine, desert and coffee, and we enjoyed all of it. There are many other italian restaurants in Kassel, but if you like not just to eat, but to enjoy, rather choose il teatro next time... pricerange is a bit higher than usual, but worth it. and don´t forget to make reservations. it is often bo...

This restaurant was recommended to us by friends from Kassel, rightly so. We were lucky to get a reservation on Saturday night by calling in the morning. The place is family run and serves both pizzas and a range of Italian dishes, including daily specials...(look at the black board). The wine list is worth a look beyond the house wine (try the Sardegna riserva if you like an herbal note); we hear the owners have opened a wine bar next door. Il Teatro está ubicado cerca junto con el Fridricianum, el edificio principal de ArtFestival Documenta en Kassel, justo en el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante es un verdadero negocio familiar, papá es chef, mamá y su hijo están haciendo servicio y hacen los tres muy bien! ... Los asientos son agradables y acogedores, evitan sentarse cerca de la puerta, las comidas son frescas y sabrosas y la variedad de El menú es ancho. Teníamos pescado, pasta y carpaccio, vino, desierto y café, y disfrutamos de todo. Hay muchos otros restaurantes italianos en Kassel, pero si quieres no solo para comer, sino para disfrutar, más bien elegir Il Teatro la próxima vez ... Pricerange es un poco más alto de lo...
