I have ordered from this restaurant for delivery multiple times and have always received hot, delicious food within the estimated time or even earlier! The staff is polite and I would highly recommend this place.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be coming back, even if it's not a special occasion.

Second visit after the first visit we was a bit unsure of returning due to poor service but came back and wow service was amazing very professional and food was absolutely amazing will definitely recommend for either a quick meal of a date night

We visited Roma Restaurant on the night before our friend’s wedding and the five of us all agreed it was excellent. I had the baked penne with chicken and pepperoni, a very tasty dish and great value for money. We shared a garlic pizza bread and it was huge and proper Italian style thin crust (Napoli style)… all very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area, a lot better than the various chain-store options in the town.

Worst takeaway we’ve had. Orders and took 1hr 45 mins tot arrive, missing food- no chips served when stated served with chips. I ordered carbonara, Iv had to bin it. Ordered cheesy garlic bread, so cold and rock solid I couldn’t cut it. Tried calling the restaurant but either no answer or they’ve gone home for the night. We’ve spent £40 something on a date night takeaway and that even the dog won’t eat. Very disappointed as reviews lead us to believe this was going to be a nice meal not the average takeaway pizza. Wish I’d ordered McDonald’s. Will exspect a response from the restaurant

My fiancée works in Hinckley and I accompanied her on a visit to the area. After driving 500 miles to get here, we decided to order takeout from Roma. I drove into town to pick up the order, which was still piping hot when I brought it back to our hotel. Despite it being a Tuesday night with only two other diners in the restaurant, we were blown away by the quality of the food. We ordered garlic bread, spaghetti bolognese, and lasagne, all of which were fantastic. As someone who has grown up eating home cooked Italian food thanks to my Italian grandfather, Roma's food took me back in time. We plan on returning to dine in before the week is over!

My husband I with our 14 month old baby were staying at a hotel locally. Upon arrival which was a Friday early evening we were greeted by Sergey who took care of us from the moment we walked in with our young daughter. I chose to seat my family at the back purely of of not knowing how our baby would be. We were treated no different and was also welcomed by a lady called Kim who gave alot of attention to our daughter. The atmosphere in the restaurant on both days was superb and even though the restaurant was more busy on Saturday evening, they both including different staff members came to talk and play with our daughter. Party of 7 arrived for 7pm Shown our table andwere given menu each. Waited for a while before drinks order taken, We all knew what we wanted to eat , drinks arrived and waited and waited for food order to be taken. Almost an hour wait for food, t girls were pacing up and down, we wanted more drinks no one bothered to ask, Food however was very good, nice cheffy looking plates. 7 clean plates and still empty glasses. We did want desert and eventually got a single desert menu for the table. No explaination of deserts the girl who was obviously new had zero customer relation skills. Booked here before looking on trip adviser as fancied Italian and it was close to where our onward appointment was. Before going we looked online for menu and stumbled unintentionally across Trip Advisor and the reviews for Roma. Reading a lot of poor reviews we started to think we could have made an error. WRONG…..never believe all you read. We were greeted at the door with an exceptionally warm welcome and immediately the lady suggested that perhaps the table they had assigned for us was too close to a family/child/pushchair……couldn’t agree more, that would have ruined our experience!..and found us a much quieter table for two.
