Roosters Piri Piri - Carta

I thought i would give these guys a second chance. Never again. Chip dry and nasty. Chicken covered in greasy sauce and the rice just about edible. Nar thanks. You can keep your chicken and banter for someone else.

Waited 2hours for delivery and not even an apology until I asked for one, kept asking where the driver was and being told on the way!!! Won’t order again for this company. How they are still running with all these awful reviews I do not know!

I really enjoyed my time at Roosters Piri Piri. I have become a regular customer and go there quite often nowadays. The food is really tasty and satisfies my appetite. The atmosphere was really relaxing and an enjoyable environment to be in. The customer service was excellent. Overall, everything was catered for in a really professional way and I enjoyed myself. 2nd time of having lunch here it was delicious. Friendly staff, clean restaurant good service. We ordered the houmous pitta bread which was great two medium chicken breast burgers. They arrive on slates with your chips in a side dish, the chicken is amazing, so full of flavour good salad in a brioche bun. Really enjoyed our lunch, couldn't finish the houmous starter, burger won!

The server who took my order was friendly, but the rest of my dining experience was dreadful. There was no line when I arrived at the restaurant, with only two other customers dining at the time, yet the service was incredibly slow. The kitchen staff were visible from the dining area, chatting and laughing while on their phones. It's unfortunate that the service is lacking because the food is actually pretty good.

So 2 hours after my order I phoned up and asked where my food was. The guy I spoke to was plain rude and didn't care....and he told me lies about a breakdown and will send a fresh order. Told me half hour..I wait...... 30 mins later I call.... Food still hasn't left He refused to apologise or offer any type of compensation. This was my 2nd order from here and the 1st was cold with soggy fries. Certainly won't be visiting here again ! If there was a 0 star I would give them that. Ver carta

This restaurant is terrible and completely unprofessional. I have ordered from them multiple times and my order was always missing items. They would either offer a credit or make me wait another hour for the missing food. I don't know why we continued ordering from them, but after the last experience, we will never return. I placed an order and called 30 minutes later to check on it, only to be told they didn't receive my order (with no apology). I used their app and the payment was already deducted from my bank account. They then said they couldn't fulfill my order because they ran out of chicken. Came here for a quick bite on a mid week evening. Place was empty so we looked at the menu and decided what we fancied. My friend ordered the Chicken wrap with fries, I ordered the Prawn Wrap with Corn on the Cob. Server looked like he would rather be planning his own funeral than taking our orders, he wasnt even acknowledging what we were saying so we didn't even know if he was listening?! So rude. Food was prompt the wrap is alot smaller than you would imagine and the corn on the cob tasted frozen and not fresh. Our server brought over the food without saying anything which was strange, I asked him a question and he barely acknowledged it. Food was nice for the price, service was terrible....

We ordered our food at 22:40 ish, received confirmation that it had been accepted and would arrive in about 15 minutes. Thought that sounded too good to be true... An hour and a half later, after multiple attempts to call the restaurant and the delivery drivers (we had 4 of them, 3 of them dropped out without any attempts at contacting us), I receive a phone call in very broken English that the driver is outside. He was outside the restaurant. They'd closed. He thought my number was the one for the restaurant, and no one had tried to contact him. They couldn't be bothered to make sure the food got to us, or to inform the delivery drivers that they were closing. They simply accepted the order... Ver carta
