Delicious food with lots of variety on the menu. Dogs not welcomed inside but outside tables dogs are welcomed and water bowl provided. Very welcoming and friendly. Thank you

A friendly pub which we had booked in advance.Our table was reserved on arrival and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed our meal steak was lovely) and freshly cooked. Worth a visit.

This restaurant serves some of the best curries we have ever tried. We ordered the king prawn masala and chicken madras and were not disappointed. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were extremely friendly. Although the food took a bit longer to come out, it was definitely worth the wait. Ver carta

Very well priced proper 'pub grub ' lunch menu pasties, baguettes, jacket spuds, salads, charged as they should be, excellent service, nice range of drinks. If you want to pay £25 for a fish pie a nearby pub can help you out if you want something more traditional at well under a tenner, go here!!

This restaurant has the best curry I've ever tasted. The staff is excellent and it's truly a hidden gem. The quality of the meat and spices is top-notch, and the chef is a genius. I highly recommend it - I could eat this curry every week! I've never had curry like this before, and I will definitely be back again and again.

Popped in for a light lunch. A really friendly welcome from the lady serving,who was doing everything serving behind the bar, taking food orders,serving meals and clearing away the dishes.Despite being very busy she still found time to talk with us and was most helpful. Quite disappointed with the Sunday lunch, over priced for what you get. Been eating here over the years and this was the first time since covid. Expected more than a yorkshire pudding, some roast potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower cheese and mashed carrot. Bring back the peas and fermented cabbage. Food was cooked well and service was good. Not worth £17 a head.

having not planned our evening very well (my fault) we ended up struggling for somewhere to eat. defeated, I popped in to ask if food was still being served and spoke to Jasmine who was utterly lovely and literally couldn't have been more accommodating. she was gold. the food we were served couldn't possibly have been as lovely as the service we received, but it was lovely. thank you Jasmine.

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant while visiting the area for the day. The lunch menu includes baguettes, jacket potatoes, pasties, and more. My husband ordered a Balti pasty, while I opted for a chicken, ham, and leek pasty. Both meals came with chips, salad, and coleslaw. We both really enjoyed our meals, which were reasonably priced.
