Had the 3 course set lunch. Nice soup, good meatballs, excellent sole with lemon and garlic, decent salad, tasty chicken with pepper sauce, lovely home made big chips, v reasonably priced drinks, v good service. 100%recommend

great place to take the little one, fast quality eating is exactly what they want when they are with a small child. the price is very reasonable and even better if they get the lunch special. consistent with the quality and has friendly helpful staff. more regular visitor and will remain so.

Terrible service. Me and my partner where having dinner with our newborn baby. We hadn 't finished our meal and my partner was just walking around with our baby trying to stop her crying, then all of a sudden they came over and said you have you leave because yous are intoxicated! And made us leave! Whitley bay is a lovely place but I 'll not return to this restaurant Ver carta

an absolutely amazing restaurant that eats is delicious, and really cheap. there is a really nice, cozy and friendly atmosphere inside and there is a great view of the city center. carly, ingrid, laura and all the others who work there are so nice. we love this restaurant so much that we had our high-time reception there and they were so great and courteous at our special day. overall would recommend everyone.

Garlic bread to share fabulous, thin crust, we all had filet steak with prawns and chilli off the specials board. Very tasty , good price. Bottle of house red £13.99 unbelievably good ! Cheap and cheerful type of place. We all had our steak cooked differently from rare to well done and they all arrived at the same time cooked to perfection, some high end places struggle with that! I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I have visited many times in the past but the quality has significantly declined. The Sunday lunch used to be enjoyable, but this time the beef was tough and difficult to cut. Additionally, the lack of heating on one of the coldest days of the year and the excessively loud music were unpleasant. We had planned to host our Golden wedding celebration with 30 guests there next year, but now we are considering going to Cassia Sambuca instead, where we have always enjoyed great food. It was also noticeable that the restaurant was not as busy as it used to be on a Sunday. Perhaps a change in management or chef is needed. Ver carta
