"tonight for lunch, the wobbly bhaji with the curry mayo omg had totally amazing! followed by serrano ham, mozzarella and tomaten sourdough panini with a side of salt and chili fries that was delicious. hubby had the lamb meatballs he also said was big, but our friend wasn't too sure on the huge cousin. also buttermilk chicken was ordered and no complaining there. too full for pudding, so bought a take-off chocolate brownie that my son had. a great new place to eat in shields will definitely be back at an evening to taste the dinner menu. can take own wein etc, which is fab! great service from the personal"

Eight of us at this small, friendly, cosy place tonight, the food, staff, atmosphere was amazing, would recommend this 100% and will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work guys. Amazing, well done.

My previous review was too Indian cuisine biased. This place has a new menu every week and although I have not tried everything on the menu but everything I have tried is perfectly balanced, flavour wise. They play Portishead too

I just came back before the first visit wow what a big advantage is to protect this place. the style is covered. the service is top notch and the food excellent we had three cure meals for two with sparkling water took our own bottle vino and came with change of 40 quid very impressed

This place is absolutely amazing. It is about time Shields had somewhere with a little character, great food and ambiance like this. I have been a few times now and again sat evening with family. This small little eatery is quickly becoming one of my favourites. See you again very soon.

Second time at Wolfmann's today, very lucky to have this place on my doorstep. Everything a small independent cafe eating house should be, amazing food at affordable prices, great service and I even bumped into some friends to share dinner with. Will be back, again and again. Cheers Wolfmann

today again for lunch. a little habit. the best eat in shields after a landmile of my opinion. beautiful quirky small place no air and graces. nice guy who's really inviting. appropriately expensive and every bit of food I had here was cooked brilliantly and is as different as anywhere they come around.

Just another first class meal at Wolfmann’s. Collection only burgers on a Sunday due to ongoing Covid restrictions. Nice and safe and food delicious and messy. We had the double cheese burger which included all of the usual salad, mustard and pickles, and a lentil bean burger with mango lime pickle and a curry mayo. Superb

Lockdown takeaway treat!I’ve only ever visited for a sit-down two or three times, but I thought I’d take advantage of the Covid lockdown to get a takeaway. It was amazing. So many Asian flavours. The Bibimbap with kimchi was great and my better half had an amazing beef rendang which just melted in the mouth. The cauliflower fritters with curry mayo are perfectNever fails to deliver the taste sensations
