"I visited this establishment at 2 AM on a Wednesday with my heavily pregnant wife, who was my designated driver. After enjoying a few wonderful beers from their extensive and reasonably priced selection, we engaged in conversation about "Peep Show." Unexpectedly, my wife went into rapid labor. I had indulged a bit, which understandably caused me to panic. Thankfully, most of the bar staff were midwifery trainees, and the bouncer turned out to be a fully qualified doctor. With their expert assistance, we welcomed our third beautiful daughter right there in the bar, and we had just enough time to catch the 192 bus home. We named her Sandy. I’d rate this experience a solid 10/10!"

Surprisingly Great food. Small potions a la tapas. Good beer selection.

Avoid the £10 lunch menu. If you fancy a kid portion served on a tiny party plate that wouldn't feed a sparrow. Pleasant enough staff. Forgot our Gordo's.

We stopped by this restaurant with our son for a quick drink before heading to another place. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, and there was an excellent soundtrack playing in the background. We will definitely be returning!

Would not recommend the bottomless brunch. They take ages to bring your drinks (to slow it down on purpose), only one drink at a time and you have to drink it slowly otherwise they won't bring you the next one. Food is also ON TOP of the drinks. Not good.

I love this little bar! It’s ideally situated just off St Ann’s Square. Great range of beers and cocktails. It has a laid back atmosphere l, with wood panelling and vintage posters. They have seating outside and it’s lovely to sit out there watching the world go by. The food isn’t great, often under seasoned. I’ve had the beef tacos which were quite flavourless. I’ve also tried their croquettes which were ok but not seasoned well. The food is better if you get drunk first! ; Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was there a lovely barman recommended and made us a mocktail which was really tasty. Defo check it out if you want a beverage!

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
