So with these pre-remarks I give just four stars. ambiente and cleanliness: Schröter ́s is located in a structural ensemble of at least two historical houses. the picture gallery and the floor plans of the rooms on the homepage show an unexpected variety. after the entrance, it passes through the bistro area past the tresen and a part of the open kitchen into the widening restaurant. left then slightly lowered on rustic flows of the winter garden. the interieur of the Schröter ́s is composed Mediterranean colourful and harmonious. at the two tables in the bistro, but also at the tables in the restaurant it goes narrowly. who doesn't like close to the table and the running routes should choose the winter garden. our room was in the first floor and from the windows one looked at the front building with the restaurant entrance; between the buildings a glass roof. there are other separate rooms for small companies. we had a big table where everyone found good place. it was appealing to white tablecloths. which was equally noticeable is the uneven lighting, to the side of the stairs already slightly darker. we did not use the full capacity of the room and so in a corner the overcounted chairs were turned off. they may not be accommodated in other ways. "in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
