"It was quite near to Kempinski hotel das Tirol so we used the hotel shuttle to go there. There are private wooden rooms decorated with tiled stoves (not working) Quite hot (in every way) and nice atmosphere. Booked in the same day and it was not so crawded. I prefered cheese fondue than the meat. Meat fondue is a boling type not frying.3 fondues (2 meat-1 cheese) was not enough for 6 adults&3 children so we ask to add meat. The service was 5 points with the hospitalety and speed. There' s a playroom upstairs for the kids, very clean toilets and baby room for diaper changing.I recommend;Cheese fondueVeal schnitzelWhite chocolate cake with black chocolate sauce."

This restaurant had very good service and a good quality menu. Very fresh ingredients and a good wine list. Located right in the village.

No visit to Austria without having a Wienerschnitzel and this restaurant provides a great one! I also like the fair prized wine list and the good service. Ver carta

Even the short rain shower didn't harm the good mood and the ambience. Was also due to the food was really tasty; Reception and service started really well; then it was probably too busy and the other guests who came after us had priority. But otherwise definitely a recommendation! Service: Dine in

We had a table of 20 for dinner. Room and surrounding was fabulous. Wine choice was great. Meat fondu was incredible, the meat was so fresh and tender and tasted lovely, we also had king prawns. I loved being able to cook our own meat at the table, lots of fun. The potato and vegetable dishes were also very nice. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend for a group dinner.

We had a fantastic meal here. The concierge at The Kempinski had forgotten to book our table, but the staff were very warm and welcoming and found us a table. The local ingredients provided delicious food, the cheese fondue was amazing. The restaurant was very...busy and there were lots of large groups but this did not detract from the excellent service or the quality of the food. Would highly recommend. Ver carta

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you staying anywhere close to Jochberg ! Excellent service., top class food and wine and very affordable . I couldn't fault a thing - the chef even came out asked what way I wanted my side order of vegetables cooked ., which were the nicest side order of greens I could have asked for -whoever thought green beans and courgette could taste so nice . A definitely must visit :)

We stopped here after failing to book somewhere in Kitzbuhel for dinner on a wet Saturday in March. The staff were very pleasant and it had a local feel about it. The menu was interesting but the fresh water suppe very disappointing. The choice of Austrian wines was also expensive and disappointing. Main courses on the other hand were excellent. The restaurant does private dining and the chef is well qualified judging by the certification around the walls. It was good food but lacking in atmosphere despite the staff wearing traditional Austrian dress. There was no music.

"Eating lobster in Kitzbuhel is counter-intuitive and this place confirms it. Apart from serving different types of lobster, it also serves Argentinean steak in a hot stone , some shrimps (imitation of the Spanish gambas al ajillo and that 's pretty much it. It also serves appetizers...and salads -we went for the scallops and the double -salmon and tartare. The four scallops of the appetizer are small (in the US they are called bay scallops , flavorless, and they come with slices of a cheddar-looking cheese, croutons, everything on top of a salad full of dressing. This combination resulted in a bad dish in desperate need of re-thinking. The Double was quite decent, with the exception that the tartare had no toast. The dish came with butter though, which was then probably meant to be eaten directly with the tartare without toast, or with the heavy bread below the salmon. Fine, whatever. The tartare was good and the Salmon OK. I must pause on our food here and focus on our neighbors ' food, unfortunately. They ordered the Argentinean steak . We noticed it because the smoke of the skillet (skillet, not hot stone btw, in spite of the menu saying hot stone came straight to our table, since the tables upstairs are very close to each other. As a side note, Argentineans do NOT grill their steak this way -it would be outrageous. The way this restaurant serves what they call Argentinean steak seems to be close to the way the Japanese grill their Wagyu -which is grilled on a skillet because the large amount of fat permits it (and it tastes incredibly delicious . However, taking what would otherwise be an amazing Argentinean steak and slicing it in thin cuts -and then giving it to the customers for them to fry in a hot skillet (that gets cold with time, something we could tell by the diminution of smoke invading our table should be punishable, if not by jail, at least by bad reviews . The lobster came and, in this case, the flavor of the sauce (we ordered the Chardonnay was better than the ingredient itself. The lobster was reasonably sized, and for 70 Euros you can have a better one probable anywhere, with the possible exception of Kitzbuhel. By then, it was hard to smell the lobster -all we could smell was our neighbor 's food. So.... don 't go there. It 's bad, it 's overpriced and you leave smelling of poorly cooked steak, even if you ordered lobster."
