Shoryu - Carta

Really nice noodles for lunch. Service was prompt and very friendly. Would come back if in the area again. The whole court area was buzzing.

The wait staff here is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Don’t bother eating here. Other restaurants in the food court will treat you much better.

Shoryu's Tonkotsu is always good to try at the restaurant. However, there is a serious problem with delivery packaging: the broth always leaks, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to serve at home. Ver carta

The court is quite nice to sit and take your supper, unless is very cold. The food was tasty but not something special who will make me choose this ramen place from other places who offer similar cuisine.

Sept 2 (Sat 7 to 7.35pm Shoryu Carnaby) Emmanuel Misha (together with the entire team on shift) were extra caring accommodating to a first timer like me visiting their cosy japanese restaurant amidst their tasty , well priced food drinks. I will definitely come back recommend this great food beverages japanese' establishment to family , friends colleagues.

If you’re just looking for a great bowl of ramen to end your day, Shoryu delivers with a very nice version. It’s comfort food with handmade noodles and quality ingredients. There is also a surprisingly extensive drinks selection including a full bar, lots of teas and coffee. You can choose to eat inside the restaurant or in the courtyard in the centre of Kingly Court. If you just walk in, they will probably be able to find seating for you, but this restaurant gets busy, so it’s a good idea to book in advance on their website if you can. Ver carta

Queues to get in, but don’t understand why. 2 options available, inside and outside. Avoid outside at all costs, far too busy and awful atmosphere. Inside looks fine and always seemed to have seats available, but service so bad that queue was always forming. Order with QR codes and then no interaction at all with staff. Totally devoid of service, hospitality or even basic personality and then they charge at 12.5% service charge for ignoring you. Service equivalent to a McDonalds of Burger King without the warmth. Food is fine just fine at besy really nothing special at all. Noodles felt cheap and the Signature ramen had 3 tiny pieces of meat really felt like cost cutting and cheaping out on...

This place is nothing special, my husband and I have eaten here a couple of times in the past, but we were craving for a ramen so went here looking forward to it. This time with our 8 months baby in a pushchair. The place was EMPTY inside at 14.30h, and they made us wait as then came and directly told us: “give us your baby push chair, we will put it away, and give you a high chair for him”. They didn’t offer, they gave us instructions. I told them that my child needed to sleep that is why we wanted a table inside where it is calmer a quieter (the place was EMPTY, apart from two tables) Then they refused to give us a table. I thought, so, you have space for a high chair but not for a compact...

I have been here 4 times in the past 2 weeks, usually service is great, I wanted to treat my cousin to some dinner and a drink after closing my art show nearby. I ordered food which is always lovely, we ordered ginger bread sake, they bought it to the table, I asked them for two glasses instead of one which they initially gave me. After finishing our cocktails I went to pour out the sake which had nothing in it, I told the staff that and they took it back to the Asian lady with short black hair at the drinks counter who I’ve encountered a few times and was very friendly in the past.
