When we enter the restaurant in the evening, we first have bad luck. All tables are in the restaurant. We think we should go to another restaurant in Heringsdorf and we're already out again, when heavy rain starts again and keeps us from the gang to the other restaurant. We decide to wait at the bar of Heinrich. We have been agreed by the service personnel for a half hour. But it goes much, much faster. After a few minutes, a friendly young man, obviously the boss, asked us to follow him to a table. We take a seat on a freshly covered two table directly on the window front to the beach promenade. The soup is very aromatic and tasteful. A ravioli floats in it with also powerful aroma. The scattered parsley gives additional herbal flavor. The seasoning is harmonious, a very tasty soup. Our Consommé offers excellently prepared main dishes. They don't come in winds, but in a time period that is appropriate to their preparation. Our “full speed man” brings the hot plates. Rumpsteak from Black Angus with BBQ scarves sweet potato pumice Optically confused my wife's plate. Was it the Chef de Partie, the Commis de Cuisine or even the Chef de Cuisine, who has divided the Rumpsteak into three pieces, and has shed shallots and meat with a sauce that makes everything seem to be one? But in taste there is a masterpiece. The steak is fried to the point, medium as my wife wanted. The Olivetti tomatoes are strong in colour and very aromatic in taste. The peanuts give the dish a special kick, they complement each other wonderfully with the other flavor notes. Since the taste of the Calamansi almond foam has made me curious, we ask our “Usain Bolt of Gastronomy” about the type of preparation. Now our Demichef de rang to the highest form. He gives a detailed lecture on the fruit itself and on the preparation of the foam. We are both extremely satisfied with our courts. The kitchen has delivered a superb performance. Because of the sauce on my wife's plate and the associated look of the dish, we'll put an eye on the kitchen and give the full five stars. Our fleeting serviceman asks for further wishes, and my wife orders the espresso. Espresso with hazelnut biscuits And this is followed by the history of long waiting and espresso in the coffee cup I have already described above. After all, the espresso does not appear on the bill. Cleanliness is indispensable in the guest room and in the toilets, both in the ladies and in the gentlemen. Table, dishes and cutlery are exemplary clean. Because everything is so well maintained and clean, we give five stars to cleanliness. The price performance ratio is not so good. The kitchen has provided a very good performance, but the service – and we do not count it as a single one, but as a substantial contribution to the price of performance – has declined in total kitchen performance. For the prices that are already in the higher range, service and kitchen performance may require good, if not very good performance. The service has not been up to this, which is why we find ourselves ready for three stars at the price of performance. The patzers in the service also press the conclusion. The kitchen of Heinrich is really recommended. But there is a need for training in the service, unless we had a singular bad day. We came across the restaurant spontaneously and were warmly welcomed. We loved the great food, especially the game dishes, so we went to the beach hotel's restaurant and the Safari Bar several times during our vacation. Great service, great atmosphere. See you soon !! with the service in the restaurant I was somewhat dissatisfied. I was barely noticed, although not much was going on that night. I have waited for almost forty minutes for the dessert and then again for twenty minutes for the bill.While the indulgent two waiters asked every few minutes if everything is good. was a very nice holiday.

the quality of the hotel is good, while staying there is a good impression and they are very close to the promenade of the beach. it has 2 swimming pools (one outside and one inside,) a gym and a few saunas. negatiw: the rooms in the main building have no air conditioning, which is very unbearable at warm temperatures. also leaves their own restaurant to wish. in the almost empty restaurant had to wait about 30 minutes for 2 appetizers. After the many negative reviews, we were a bit skeptical. As hotel guests, we still reserved a table. We were warmly welcomed and both being seated at the table and taking the order went quickly and smoothly. The food was delicious and really high quality. We were in the restaurant for a total of 2 hours for a 2 course menu. It's still acceptable after all, we're on vacation and want to enjoy the time. Unfortunately not for us. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right here. The main courses cannot be ordered individually, but are available as a minimum as a 2-course menu (either with a starter or dessert). Every dish is the same price, regardless of whether it is a pasta dish, steak, schnitzel or fish. The taste of the food was okay, but not exceptional either. Although the ambience is nice, we felt a bit uncomfortable because we felt like we were being watched. The service was also quite cool . "What can I say- this is one of the best restaurants in all of Usedom. I had set my eyes on this place the first time we came to the Baltic Sea and finally, more than a year later, I got the chance. It is...part of the renowned, luxurious Ahlbecker Hof hotel, and the one quality here that immediately blows your mind is the incredible decor. First of all, it completely reminds you of Thailand- the ornamentation and furniture is all glamorous from the ceilings to the floors. It is completely an experience just to walk to your table and sit down; the friendly waiters and waiters are dressed in a traditional outfit, and everything is served in a luxurious Thai style. This wonderful atmosphere was especially impressive at night, when the lighting from all the lamps correlated wonderfully with the dark glass roof from the sky. The food, in addition, was absolutely delicious and cam extremely quickly (I'd say around minutes after we ordered). I ordered a Mutsaman Curry with crispy duck, and the combination of flavours as well as the texture were lovely. A stereotype of higher end restaurants is that the portion sizes are always small, however I did not even order a appetiser and the portion size was perfect for me here, so they have definitely excelled in that field. Because of this, I found the food and beverages well priced; my dish was however this was one of the more expensive dishes as duck is usually quite high-cost I'd say the average price for a main course would be around or `Euros, and when you take into account the stunning interior and service, this is just the right price for this class restaurant. The only thing I can comment on was the music in the background; instead of playing Thai Music, Whitney Houston was playing during our dinner here. Personally, I didn't mind it, especially already having Thai decor, Thai food and waiters/waitresses dressed in Thai outfits, although I think having Thai music would even further enhance the wonderfulness of the restaurant, making the already unforgettable experience even more unforgettable. There is no doubt I am returning."

"Lunch with two people for 40.60 Euros Today we went to the Achterdeck Restaurant of Hotel Bansiner Hof . My wife is tempted by the spiced day offer Fried zanderfilet with herbal butter, roast potatoes and salad bouquet and I through the sturdy candlestick, which pointed out that I would finally get back to my favorite beer. The inviting outdoor area of the Achterdeck is located directly on the promenade, only delimited by a protective glass front from the promenade. Shortly after our arrival came a young couple, the man with free upper body, and took place near us. Well we found here that the service power kindly addressed the gentlemen that he could please dress for the upper body what he did then. And really, even the rye wheat was in stock, even if a tick served too little cold, which was so on subsequent days, so this seems to be the normal temperature here. A new taste experience, because I didn't know that. And a good choice. And I continued my knowledge-taking fish by following my wife and ordering the Zanderfilet. Nothing wrong here again! The fried Zander tasted very good to both of us. And here, besides the obligatory bacon, onions and parsley, the roast potatoes are further refined with rags. This shouldn't be our last visit to the Achterdeck! By the way, we like the saying on page 1 of the menu: Your satisfaction is our goal, because we know 'To win a guest it takes years to lose him enough a few seconds ' This first visit followed two more during our holiday: visit 2 on 30.7.14, in the evening: with us it did not take years to see the menu, but only a visit to return here. We liked lunch a few days ago so that this time we returned to the Achterdeck for dinner. And as it continued in the evening, we took place in the restaurant itself. An extremely friendly welcome by the two service staff and a nice table assignment made the start. We were advised and actively pointed out things and even a second glass for wine tasting for my wife was offered. Well, perhaps I would have liked to have the wine for me all by myself : .... but no, the whole evening witnessed attention and commemoration as we have rarely experienced it. And as we were allowed to observe during the evening, each guest, depending on the degree of acquaintance, was covered with a nice personal conversation or a spell. A great praise that we just have to say to the dedicated woman J.! Our order was quickly made with advice by Mrs. J. and during the waiting period we let the restaurant work on us. A special feature was the murals, mostly maritime or marine motifs, which were illuminated in color from behind, and the color changed constantly. Somehow impressive, but also not intrusive or disturbing, how to think. So I finally tried the regionally typical sausage meat as an appetizer, which tasted excellent. My wife chose the small salad variation as an appetizer and got a scare if the giant portion that was crowned as a small varation. And then my wife's quote: I have rarely eaten such a great salad! A huge proportion, among other things, with two kinds of rocket, with Radiccio and above all OHNE iceberg salad! My wife's main food was Matjes' daily offer. A little salty maybe, but otherwise good. I once again wanted to see how meat tastes instead of fish, and so I chose the pork ends from the map. Also a good choice! Especially the very strong sauce described in the map as a light sauce enjoyed my palate well as the rest. That was a nice evening again! And certainly at least a third visit to the Achterdeck will follow during our holiday. On the way to the favorite restaurant.... only a few hundred kilometers away. So we enjoy it so long. Thanks for that! Visit 3 on 4.8.2014: The signs stand out and we wanted to enjoy a good meal in the Achterdeck again, because here we knew we would probably not be disappointed. And so was it. For security reasons, we reserved a table, which proved to be useful. The dishes like had a poem! From visit to visit even an increase, and compared to all the restaurants we had visited in the last 10 days, for us now THE address! And: 5 stars we like to give the food now! The small salad variation was as extensive and delicious as the last visit. The carrots ginger soup just a whin. And after 10 days almost exclusively eating fish and roast potatoes, we were now ready for a piece of meat with pommes. For 10 Euros! there has been a carving of Viennese art or Gypsy art.
