The food was faultless however customer service was not on point and staff were not attentive enough. At one point a group of customers leaving the restaurant left the main door open and no member of staff noticed so I myself got up to close the door.

very wrong of Suda. DO not go here when they advertise a promotion as they will NOT honour it. make sure you get it writing with the manager if you wish to have any promotiob at this place as they change their minds despite initially saying yes. very wring ..cheap and long term customer loosing strategy. very bad advertisrment.

Its the 2nd time I went there today. Went there the first time few months ago just by chance. I am Thai, so I know what is authentic and what is not. This place is now at the top of my list. I will try to find excuses to come to London just to have a meal here. Service is good a place is clean comfortable. FOOD is very very good....just feel like home.

There were cases of meat dishes being served to vegetarians and orders being forgotten by the kitchen. In addition, a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill despite the poor service. The situation escalated when the manager decided to fire a newly trained waitress, causing distress among staff and customers.

The food is delicious, and the decor is stunning. The set lunch on Sundays, especially the Chicken Rice, is a great deal and absolutely delicious! The restaurant is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street, making it a perfect escape from the crowds of Central London. However, we believe that the restaurant may attract more customers if it were located on a busier street. We hope that the business continues to thrive so that we can enjoy it for years to come!

I went with a friend on a Saturday evening for dinner. We had 1 bottle of fizzy water and one lyechees juice to drink. We had fish pies as a starter and I relly didn't like them.. they were chewy and tasteless. The starter was a revelation. I had King prawns with steamed vegetables. I was impressed by the freshness of the fish and the crunchiness of the vegetables. Also the fish on my friends rice was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend fish in this restaurant. Also the price wasn't bad, we spent 20£ each.

This restaurant happened to be conveniently located next to the hotel where we were staying, and we were looking for a quick meal after a long flight. It turned out to be one of the best Thai meals I've ever had! I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with a group of friends. The staff were arrogant and rude, and the service was below London's high standards. The manager, in particular, was a disgrace to Thai people. They made mistakes with our orders, took too long to serve our food, and even served pork to a vegetarian. Instead of apologizing, they added a large service charge to our bill and included items we didn't order. I feel compelled to write this review about my very strange experience at this restaurant. I was given pork dumplings instead of the vegetarian starters I ordered. My soup never arrived, and after asking three times, they finally admitted that the order was never placed. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for my soup to be served. The service was painfully slow, whether due to understaffing or an indifferent attitude, I couldn't say. Some of the staff were patronizing and did not fulfill our requests promptly.
