Taco S - Carta

We ordered a cup of prosecco which has a price of CHF 7.5 on the menu. However, it was charged at CHF 9 on our bill. We asked the waitress to double-check and correct it. But she argued that price is CHF 9 in the billing machine, and the menu is not updated. Therefore, she refused to correct the bill and gave us a bad attitude for our request. What the hell is this reasoning?

Four things that I always look in a resto (FACT)Food quality,Ambiance,Price and The service.Honestly 3 of them are all great and correct. The service is not bad to make it clear,I could say it may improve into 5 if the staffs are more attentive to their costumer's arrival and request. Still,my friend I enjoyed our dinner together and I highly recommend this restaurant for Tex-Mex lover????.

My family of four went for dinner and the food was delicious! We’ve been many times and always look forward to it. The only issues were: the kitchen was out of beef for the burrito but replaced with the pork instead and my son was just as happy we ordered two vegetable burritos explaining that both people were vegan and explaining what they cannot eat but then the side salad arrived with dressing again the credit card machine was not working and cash was needed. Although there were a few issues as notes our meals and the entire experience still deserve a 10/10! Ver carta

Food was actually good. Unfortunately the service was not at the same level. We received the main dish after 1h and 20m. We reminded the waiter that we had also asked for an appetizer, a glass of wine and a margherita. We finished the plate and the drinks were not yet there (we managed to get some water for the dinner). We canceled the appetizer at that point. Then drinks arrived at the end (we found out when paying that the cocktail and the wine were effectively costing more than what written in the menu) My fork, instead, never arrived. Waiter was cool. I decided to try this place again after the pandemic. it was never so great, but now it seems to be worse. the food was mediocre to say the least. the waiter has first my quite simple order completely wrong. when the guacamole and filled jalapeños I finally arrived, the filled jalapeños were frozen. the guacamole is obviously far from fresh, pressed out of a huge bag of industrial green goo without a doubt. later, another waiter tried to bring me a beer that was table on another. three independent screwings of three different employees (two waiters and one in the kitchen) in a meal is also quite impressive for a casual low standard place like this, and it was not as if the place was busy or...

The restaurant was very busy with only 2 waiters but the service was quick and friendly. The food was not so good. I started with a margarita for 15chf. It tasted like it was a premix. Later my friend asked and the waiter confirmed it. That's a lot of money for a premix cocktail. For dinner my friends ordered the beef fajitas and I tried a piece. The portion, although listed for 2, was not enough and there was no flavour to the beef. I had prawn tacos which were OK. The prawns were cooked very well. It came with a strange bean soup which was just beans, maybe tofu ? and bacon in red water. Not appetising. Unfortunately all these dishes were 30chf each so we paid quite a lot for food that was...

This was by far the worst experience we had in Lausanne restaurants! We arrived, our table was moving, we had to ask 3 times until they came to fix (they had already brought the food by then). Food choice, fajita or tacos? 4 starters- soup or salad? Thats's about it, it is not a tex mex as you know it, with lots of choices, to enjoy yourself, it is a bar. But what bar? We ordered a margarita, they brought water with water(ice). When I asked for wine instead, the waitress said she cannot change the bill (bullshit). In one word, horrific!! Some later time we ordered for water and Cedric (or that's how he pesented himself) came and presented us the water as an expensive wine, in a sarcastic way... Ver carta
