Excellent meal, our choice stopped on the duck magret whose kitchen was perfect. The setting was ideal for an evening in mind. Besides, the boss is very kind! We will return with joy!

A very warm welcome, two smiling waitress and listening! Very good quality dishes for a reasonable price (19€ the menu)! The desserts are all homemade. Anyway, a nice place to take a break before going to visit Verdun!

Great restaurant. We came last night with a small group of ten people. There is a very good staff welcome and a good atmosphere. The menu prices are correct, photocopier plates. From entry to dessert we are not disappointed. I recommend this restaurant Ver carta

12h...We were welcomed by a very nice server. Menu of the day or dish on the map... excellent. The dishes are copyy. A white wine aligoted excellent...a little too cold... but in wait it arrives at the right temperature. End of the meal. Good house but too much waiting... fortunately we had no pressing obligation. I still recommend this restaurant because the reception is well done and especially the dishes are excellent.

A pleasant décor, a friendly welcome and extremely good food. The chef is young and will go far!!!. The 'Duel de Foie Gras' was exceptional [Home made foie gras cooked an seasoned to perfection] as for the 'Pave de Lotte sauce Armoricaine' perfectly cooked and moist monk fish with a fragrant seafood sauce. As for the desserts they were traditional [Mousse au chocolat, lemon tart crème brulee] without forgetting a good selection of cheeses.A TOTALLY INDULGENT EXPERIENCE......

I happened to spot this place as I walked into the center of Verdun. It's on one of the main streets leading into the center, but it's away from the tourist scene. It was excellent: staff, service and esp. the food. I had des geziers as an appetizer, and joked with the waiter that if he brought me a second portion, that would be all that was needed for dinner. The second visit proved just as good. This is one of those lucky finds, just outside the tourist center, that makes it worthwhile. Ver carta
