"Not for families or vegan/vegetarians. We arrived early as our kids eat around 5pm. We came here based on reviews but really wish we hadn’t. The atmosphere is very claustrophobic. If there is even 1 loud group the whole area fills with the noise. With kids this was far from ideal and we had to move due to the language from a certain group (obviously not the restaurants fault). The food however took a very long time to arrive. I had to give my kids snacks and then chase the waiters to find out how much longer we needed to wait. The food looked great. But the vegetarian steak was far too salty and so we didn’t even eat it. The kids pizza was rock hard and my son was unable to bite into it. My burger was soggy. Overall it was a poor experience. The price I find very top end. I have been to many London restaurants and never seen a burger priced so highly. When the bill came we were overcharged too, so that had to be amended. Definitely not worth the money. It’s a shame as the owner seemed lovely."

"We came across this wonderful restaurant by chance when visiting Frome for the Frome Independent street market, having failed to find anywhere for lunch nearer to the centre. We were given a friendly welcome, and the service throughout was efficient, courteous and very professional. The meals we had were exceptionally good; my Ossaboca was one of the best dishes I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Very fair pricing for the quality and quantity, and the overall experience was exceptional. I've only given 4 stars for Atmosphere as it was, rather surprisingly, quite quiet when we were there. I'm sure that when it is busier the atmosphere would merit 5 stars. A shame we're not from the area; otherwise it would become a regular favourite restaurant."

"My wife suggested we go in for the Croque Monsieur or Madame, after googling I wasn 't massively enfranchised at the idea of a toasted sandwich but decided to go along with it. Obviously added an egg to the mix because, why not? It arrived, beautifully presented and I have to say I truly ate my words. It wasn 't a toasted sandwich but an exercise in perfection. Great service, a great latte and a little cafe doggo that greeted you and desired a fuss. I will be visiting again the next time I 'm in the area."

"Stopped off by chance with my husband on the way home to grab something to eat. Initially they had stopped serving food as the lovely member of staff explained it had been non-stop for food orders which was understandable and no biggie. But the manageress and chef, asked us upon leaving if there was anything in particular we fancied to eat, fish chips/burger etc? And that it would be no trouble to accommodate us which, to me, is a rarity in most places these days. The staff were all absolutely lovely, friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. The batter on the fish was actually done beautifully, nicely crispy and not too thick so it was just the right balance. The meal sizing was huge as well, but in. A fab way that leaves you happily stuffed!"

"We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the following week! We made a reservation for my wife's birthday and went with friends. We tried a variety of items from the menu and everyone was pleased. The poutine made my wife very happy, and the vegetarian and vegan options were perfect for our non-meat eater. The Korean burgers and chicken fries were also a hit. The staff were friendly and efficient when taking our orders. The QR code was only available for 3G inside, but it was not a big deal. The beer and wine selection was good, and all four of us left happy. When we needed a quick bite before the movie on a Friday, we decided to stop by without a reservation. Luckily, they were able to find us a table and accommodate us. The food was once again excellent, and the staff were fantastic. It's definitely worth booking ahead, and the prices were comparable to other places. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming even on a busy Friday night."
