simply exquisite. we have tried and enjoyed new flavors that pushed us out of our comfort zone and we loved every bite. a wonderful jubileee dinner

I wanted to try this place for years and it wasn't disappointed. one of my favorite meals ever, and the lunch menu was such a reasonable price for quality. I'm gonna dream of food for years.

Everyone at our table commented that the food was very tasty, from appetizers to desserts. Lovely service from all the staff. However I do not recommend eating here if you are vegetarian, or in my case, don't eat game-y meat.

small menu, but large selection. our food was absolutely delicious and the guinea fowl was exceptional. beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. we loved it and highly recommend a reservation here.

Sublime. Unpretentious with complete focus on creating stunning dishes. Every dish was a masterpiece of gastronomy. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Absolutely loved it. Just under £200 for 3 courses for two including drinks. Perfect for a special occasion.

I had an incredibly delicious meal here. everything about my visit was really pleasant. that was amazing. excellent choice of weep (although a cocktail menu does not go amiss). super friendly, attentive and helpful staff that really tried to make the meal a great experience. really nice restaurant. did I mention that eating was incredible?

Went to The Black Rat for our anniversary recently and was not disappointed. The staff were very attentive and professional. The food was absolutely stunning. This was our first time eating food of this level and it was such a great experience. My personal favourite was the cucumber sorbet with compressed melon balls, which was out of this world!

excellent. worth the Michelin star. relaxing atmosphere with excellent service by very competent staff. to begin we had the spiced beef short rib and the crispy quail egg both were very good. for the net we had the poached half lobster this was excellent and three bohnen chili. we're done with the cheeseboard. all have washed out with a bottle of water and a few ports! we come back.
