"After driving past so many times me and my wife finally popped in today (30-7-22) to check it out. We were not disappointed. The place is calm, clean and relaxed, the lighting was nice and not very loud inside, making it a very nice place to be for my autistic wife, thank you!, The dog friendly aspect is definitely an attraction too!. The service was great and we were met with a smile and allowed some time to decide on our food drink. The food was very nice and portion sizes were very generous, cakes also very nice and of a good size!. This will be our new go-to. Thank you!"

Best tea room ever. We’re so lucky to have it locally. Delicious food, especially the cakes and flapjacks, beautiful venue and lovely, friendly staff. Such a gem, highly recommended!

This restaurant offers a unique twist on breakfast with a delicious full English on Eggy bread. It is definitely worth every penny. The homemade cakes, especially the lemon cake, were fantastic. Thank you for a great experience.

What a delightful environment. The furnishings are tasteful, charming service and delicious fare. I bought a t-towel which was for sale alongside some other interesting items for sale (I am going back for high grade honey. The view of the Pewsey Vale are delightful. Plenty of parking.

I cannot recall the last time I had a full English breakfast as delicious as this one (aside from my own, of course). The ingredients were of high quality and expertly cooked. The waitress and owner were both lovely, and the views were beautiful as well. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I met a friend for lunch, what a treat. Tasteful calm decor, expansive views across rural Wiltshire, great coffee and tasty homemade food. The service was excellent and the team took care over my tricky allergies. Immaculate loo, plenty of parking and a safe garden to bring bikes into if you’re cycling. Will definitely return.

we have driven past many times so this time decided to stop. The interior is very nice, very relaxing and the decor very tasteful. I had the Charlton breakfast and it was a nice to have well cooked bacon and tomatoes, very tasty. My wife had the french toast which she couldn't finish so i helped out. Very friendly staff and well worth a visit.

Great venue and tasty main course of salad and leek tart was SPOILED by rude and critical attitude of staff when inedible hard vegan flapjack pudding was politely rejected. When it was suggested that the pudding should be removed from the bill, there was shock and horror from staff. We were told ‘well, you ordered it’. We won’t be visiting again.

We had passed this cafe a few times and kept meaning to pop in. What a fabulous place, immaculate inside and out. The decor is great, so clean, modern and fresh. The view from the tables on the outside terrace is beautiful. The welcome and service was friendly and helpful. We both had a sausage bap, which was so tasty. We then had a homemade cake each, we had the peanut chocolate flapjack and the pina colada cake both were delicious. Definitely going to pop in again when we are passing.

"We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. We were so excited to return, but really Disapointed. The grounds are lovely and we were pleased with our room. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool What really let us down was the food and service. There was no luxury here. The family dining choices were poor. The children's meal was bad one had fish gougons and sweet potato fries which were very salty. The other two had pizza, the small was served as half a pizza, the large was a conventional round shape. Both were shop bought bases (cardboard) with grated Cheddar on the top. Something I would not feed them at home let alone expect in a supposedly high end dining. My husband's steak was chewy. My main, whole plaice with creamed potatoes, the potato was served in a ceramic dish and it was cold. It was taken away and then took ten minutes to return by which point I had eaten the fish. The food was incredibly expensive considering how poor the offerings were. The next day we ate a very late lunch in Bath so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffet area had some nice items but was really understocked and allowed to run to empty. The staff functioned but not at a steady rate, we found the service slow and the staff disinterested. Such a contrast to our previous visit. The person in charge we found sullen and felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. When we walked through to the dining areas we would hop out of the staff'so way for fear of being bulldozed. When we left the receptionist was polite but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. A week later I had an email to complete a survey and nobody got in touch despite the same feedback as given here. Very dispointing. Lovely room and surroundings but poor food and poor attitude from staff. Last year we stayed in a hotel that cost 65% less than Wooley Grange and had a much better experience."

"We had a tremendously good lunch here today-the food was quite delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful-I’d say it’s probably one of the best lunches I’ve had in quite some time….so to give you a clue we both had the pork-this sounded really lovely and we were not disappointed-pork belly, tenderloin,a faggot and a ham hock croquet with mashed potato and roasted cauliflower with a delicious jus and a slice of pickled apple( which I ate immediately with a piece of pork and when the waiter came to ask how our lunch was I asked if he could possibly get me another piece-which he did For dessert we shared the passion fruit crème brûlée which came with a passion fruit sorbet and some chocolate soil…..the focaccia we had at the start of the meal was superb and the coffee was also excellent -we do enjoy both cooking and eating-one of life’s pleasures and it’s abundantly clear the chef absolutely loves food too-a great display of cooking books from the greats sort of got me thinking it would be a good lunch…….also worth noting the drinks menu-some lovely wines, soft drinks and cocktails both alcoholic and non alcoholic. I finished off with a mocha which was hot chocolatey but not too sweet. Bradford on Avon is most definitely worth a visit and I’d say you would be foolish to miss out on a great experience if you didn’t also pop in to the bunch of grapes for some sustenance while there… Thanks for lunch and as Arnie says “ we’ll be back”….."
