The Cripple Creek Inn

I had the the fresh seafood platter. Included in the description of this dish the menu reads scallops which is plural more than one. There was only one scallop on the plate, the menu should read 'and a scallop '. This is my only real gripe.

Completely flavour less lunch , no flavour reminded me of school dinners, boiled frozen vegetables carrots, peas cauliflower. Roast potatoes were also tastless,I believe they were also frozen Turkey tastless. No wonder people were using lots of sauces! A complete waste of money .

it was busy!, but no long delays with eating or drinking, eating looks a taste like someone some thought and effort in it with wonderful results, the inner is warm and pleasant, warn when ur over 5-10 duck. low beams! end result is me and my partner had a wonderful night and we would recommend it for friends and family. On a Very Busy Sunday our group of 5 thought we would have a long wait for our food, but how wrong was I.....We didn't have to wait long. The young waitresses were polite and took Covid Regs seriously so we were all safe. Roast was gorgeous with a good selection of vegetables. We had Irish coffee after our sweet and they too were made to perfection. Will certainly return

Will not be going again and never recommend. Been going for a few years and always had a frosty encounter by a certain female member of staff while booking or at the restaurant,I’m sure they all know which one . But the attitude while making a booking today was enough to make anyone hang up the phone .im sure no one else likes to be made to feel stupid while making a booking at a restaurant. Disgusting attitude.

Was suprised we got a table here for New Year’s Eve with such short notice and for 8 people… well now I can see why. There was a female member of staff (apparently the owner? with the worst attitude I have ever encountered, we asked if she could move a part of OUR table so that our pram could fit in. To this, she was rude and was raising her voice at us completely embarrassing us infront of fellow paying customers. Will never return here due to this foul woman. Ver carta

Will not be returning. Greeted by an awfully rude member of management behind the bar who spoke to us in a very very rude and obnoxious manner. After I thought the situation had been dealt with at the bar, the same individual also came to the table me and my partner were sat at speaking to us in a rude and abrupt manner in front of other customers. Utterly embarrassing. Wish I walked out there and then. Will never return recommend on one else does. Very very disappointed!

As a party of 8 including 4 children 2 of which were small babies) we were met with a challenging and unhelpful staff member. Upon arriving we requested some assistance with our children prams, upon which the staff member publicly shamed us for having prams with us and told us she would not being making requested accommodations to situate our prams. This meant through the duration of our meal our babies were passed around the table for comfort having not being able to lay in their now collapsed pram. This led to babies becoming unsettled and the same member of staff making many remarks to other customers about the noise of the unsettled babies. As well as this she did not approach us once to...

We had booked (paid a deposit and chosen our dishes) a Christmas evening meal and were looking forward to our visit. On giving our name, we were rushed to our table and were asked what we wanted to drink before my husband had arrived (parking car) and before we had taken our coats off and sat down. We had brought along an elderly relative and she did become a little flustered. A rather officious lady came to check our order and fortunately my husband had recorded our choices at the time of booking so we were able to clarify any complications.
