Decent pub with a good atmosphere. The food is good and they allow dogs!

Great experience here as soon as I walked through the door. Best to book as gets very busy at peak times.

Excellent Hastings pub on the edge of the Old Town where local artists regularly present their works. We went to support our friend who was exhibiting and the place was pretty packed. Despite this the lovely staff found a place for us to sit. Dog friendly too! Well worth checking out.

Ok , so this was my first local back in the day and I have been coming here for over 30 years and I still love it . I have just had the most delicious Fish meal ever , it was absolutely delicious and the beer is great too . I can highly recommend the Crown pub in Hastings. Hope you enjoy the picture x

Really enjoyed coming here. Came here for dinner. We liked the choices on the menu of a 'bigger plate ' or a 'smaller plate ' and the 'bar snacks '. Great choices on the menu, reasonable prices, and all ingredients were from local seas, farms, and producers. The pub was quirky with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious! great atmosphere, very friendly staff and the chips we had were super delicious (amusing smoke ketchup! , eat served until late. huge gin selection (half a4 page worth! I've never ordered a g t, so I wouldn't have found a better place. I had affe 47 with Mediterranean fever tree tonic a piece gurke, tasty! definitely recommend and really want back to try the whole menu!

My wife and I, with two friends, went here for drinks and lunch. It has a great atmosphere about it. The walls are adorned with the works of local artists which you can buy there and then. I was impressed with a neat bar, the great bar staff, and the quality of the excellent food that we enjoyed the drinks were of course good too! The resultant bill contained no surprises and was good value for money. We will, without a doubt, return for another lunchtime meet up soon.

I liked the pub very much, she had a good atmosphere and was warm and comfortable, although it was like in an iondon gastropub instead of a Hastings place. that is not so much a critique as something unexpected. the food was really very good and we all enjoyed it, with taking out my Christmas spice, which was quite dry and unstoppable. when the staff saw that I had left half of it, they immediately took the accusation of our bill, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend it for a pleasant evening. we will go back!
