Sunday lunch was brilliant, great service ,good food we will be going back again...

Beautiful room, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent food. Couldn't have wished for more.

as a group of 4 ladies who expected to visit for a social night we were not disappointed in the least! would highly recommend this place!

Lovely live jazz and blues music. Great ambiance. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had the chateaubriand for two and it was the best steak we've ever had. Five star experience.

Excellent Sunday lunch, we were a group of 8 which didn't poise a problem to our excellent waiter. Our food arrived fresh and hot, and our glasses were kept topped up. We all had a very enjoyable lunch.

very nice restaurant, the staff are very attentive, without being pushy and very nice, not to feel hurried. eat as always very good. we only visit once a year for a special occasion and look forward to our visits.

Bar staff inconspicuous, old to get a cocktail, 15 minutes too late, as restaurant staff not able to locate us!( once shown, table, it was not properly dressed for dinner, further delays our meal. Scallop starters were lukewarm and tasteless, the slum nets were extremely fat with little meat. table service very bad, table not properly cleaned after curses, did not serve the same time as net. a classic fall of a pretentious dining room that rests on the laurels. once a pleasant and fun experience, unfortunately no longer the case.

I haven 't answered the question as to whether I would recommend this restaurant as I 'm not sure I would the service was very poor. We were taken to our table straightaway but it was a good 10 minutes before we could attract anyones attention to take a drinks order. The food was mixed two of the four of us enjoyed their meal, two didn 't very tough spatchcock pouissin! As to the 'value ' question the prices are ok, IF the food is prepared well! It is a very glamourous venue and lovely for a special occasion if you like buzzy places with reasonably loud music playing, but they definitely need to sort out the service. Perhaps we were just there on a bad night!

hi, we loved our visit. my friend and I have been shown to a great table very privately situated. I forgot to mention when I sat that I needed a gluten-free menu. the menu was fantastic with all the allergens abbreviated on the main menu and dessert menu. we have given bread. I asked for gluten-free. the staff was very attentive and I got warm, very tasty gf brot. I felt the weeping list was overpriced at £7 for a 125ml prosecco. So I only drank Tunic water and overpriced 125ml at £4.95 for white wine. the food was presented very well. nice eating. great service. not rushed. was very busy, but it was well managed. felt desserts were good at £6-8 per price. but we left after a main course ver...
