I ordered the fish sandwich and it was amazing. The batter was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The fish was flaky and it tasted very fresh, likely due to the high quality of frozen ingredients used. This restaurant was a spontaneous stop during a long journey home, but it turned out to be a hidden gem. I highly recommend dining here.

The pub at The George Inn is amazing. We tried to drop in on a Sunday, hoping to snag a table, but they were fully booked. The staff was super helpful and polite, though. We ended up booking a table a few days later and we were really happy that we did. The food was excellent and they had a great selection of wine and beer. The wood-fired pizzas were especially delicious and very reasonably priced. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by The George Inn.
