"I visited the restaurant today at 2:30 PM for a roast and wasn't served until around 3:35 PM. There was a huge queue at the bar, and I waited about 30 minutes to be served. When the food finally arrived, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the gravy, so naturally, by that time, all the food had gone cold. I definitely won't be returning. Price per person: £20–30. I enjoyed Sunday lunch on November 19, 2023. The pub had a charming and cozy atmosphere with a warm, roaring fire. The food was excellent, and the staff were both polite and friendly. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a perfect 5 out of 5.

We had lunch at this restaurant and enjoyed a burger and chips. The meal was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the chips were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend visiting, as they also offer a great vegetarian and vegan menu. Kayley, the barmaid, was fantastic!

The pub itself is charming and beautifully decorated, with plenty of parking available. We particularly enjoyed the inviting atmosphere created by the open wood fire and a lovely wood burner in the room where we dined. It was so warm and welcoming—definitely a place we'll return to!
