Lovely views. Very friendly and efficient service. Dog friendly. Ideal spot to stop while out walking the dog. The truffle and parmesan fries are delicious.

The staff at the Waypoint are always efficient and welcoming. The food is delicious , plentiful and great value..they dealt with a party of 14, some of whom were delayed with calmness and care.

We just enjoyed a tasty Sunday lunch, with roast beef for me and pork for my wife. We also had a nice pint of local bitter and received excellent service. We will definitely be back again. Dining in for lunch cost £10–20 per person.

The service was good. Not above and beyond, but good. Again, the food was good, but not above and beyond. The atmosphere was ok. A bit stark, not cosie.
