"We went to the Greyhound for my Wife's Birthday and booked online. Firstly, the welcome and attention to detail was probably the best I've experienced at any restaurant. We were greeted at the door, by our names, they wished my wife happy Birthday, and our table, which was of a great size in a great location, had a Birthday card signed by 18 people! Along with this, were personalised engraved napkin holders. A lovely touch! We went for the tasting menu which was 6 Courses with an optional additional course for a supplement which we shared. There was also several other complimentary courses that came with it. In total I think we had 11! The service was impeccable. Friendly, quick, attentive. Couldn't have done any better. The food was also great, which included dishes we wouldn't have normally ordered, but were all of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this place, especially if its a special occasion."

Lovely cosy surroundings with special touches everywhere. Very comfortable seating. Friendly staff and delicious food. Just a bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for sides, think they should be included in the price of the main course. The toilets were immaculate. Will definitely go again.

My wife and I chose the tasting menu with the wine flight for a new years eve lunch treat. We were not disappointed. From the freshly baked bread and choice of bespoke butters to the final chocolate dessert it was all excellent. The wines were paired perfectly for each course too. Service was great and we'll be heading back there again in the new year no doubt! It's the best dining experience in Beaconsfield.
