"Decided to try a new local pub for Sunday lunch and booked here on the back of the Tripadvisor ratings. We weren't disappointed. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who let us change from the dining room to sitting outside at the front as it was a beautiful day. Only two roast beef left (and it was only 1.45) so we had these. The food was presented and very tasty, rare roast beef and lovely fresh vegetables. We also had dessert which again was very nice. We'll return for definite!"

Excellent unpretentious lunch menu, locally sourced and reasonably priced plus very good local beer and cider. We sat at a pavement table happily watching the world go by.
