"They’re not wrong when they say this is the absolute ‘hidden gem of the north east’ Honestly the best Thai food we have ever had! And we LOVE Thai food. After having a bad taxi service, we eventually arrived half an hour late for our table reservation but this was no issue for these lovely people! They made us feel so welcome and chilled us out instantly. The atmosphere was gorgeous. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. And the food was outstanding! We feel privileged to have eaten at this restaurant. 10/10! We ate every last bit. Such a lovely experience. Tim and Koo are such lovely people as well. We will 100% be back to this restaurant! Thank you so much, everything was perfect! (Didn’t get photos as we just wanted to tuck in instantly)"

"Booked a table for today (Thursday 19th August) and had an email confirmation. When we turned up the place was closed due to short staffing. Appreciate this would be beyond their control but some kind of communication or contact would have been nice to tell us our booking was cancelled, which would have saved us the disappointment and wasted journey. Very poor indeed."

"We visited last night (31.08.23) after making a booking earlier in the week and I have to say the food and service were 5 star! We enjoyed starters, mains and deserts with a few drinks and everything was absolutely gorgeous. Whilst sat there so many were hopeful to get a table but it was fully booked and they were even kind enough to recommend other restaurants! Would not hesitate to revisit! Thank you so much. "5 adults and a 3 yr old looking at short notice for a Saturday early evening meal. Phone call confirmed they do not accept bookings so decided to take the chance. On arrival to a near packed car park we found the restaurant very busy. You are asked to find a table then wait for a waitress. We were lucky to have a large table with a high chair offered and accepted. Comprehensive menu covering all tastes including Childs menu . We were advised of a 40 min wait for food which considering how busy they were was more than acceptable. Drinks order taken early Food delicious and hotPlates cleared quickly Very reasonably priced10/10 customer service and quite randomly a really good music playlist in the background. It’s also has multiple TV’s doubling as a Sports Bar. For myself the attitude and performance of the whole waiting staff was exemplary. Polite and professional. The only problem I could see was that because customers are asked to find their own table there were larger tables taken up by couples might of meant us missing out."

"Short to the point .. Ordered a take away delivery at 18:31 for my Sisters Birthday Treat , got comfirmation email then got another email to say Your order has been accepted. You can expect it around 7:09 PM Ha what a joke .. Then at 19.12 got this ..Your order is now on its way. You can expect it shortly. Please ignore if you've already received it. Thank you. HA ! order not arrived still by 8pm so i rang them and low behold they forgot to sent order to kitchen . so i said be to late to eat . so they said we have it to you in 10 mins and apologised .. I wanted to cancel for refund but let them have one more chance so they gave complimentry popadoms wow .. anyway that 10 min turned into another 30 mins before arrived at 8.30 . By this time sister was not bothered as she dunt like going to bed on a meal that late .. SO to sum up first and last time we will be using this and go back to joypur as allways on time and hot .. The feedback from sister and partner not good lamb was too chewy and only 4 bits ,and chips cold and chicken to much salt .. such a shame as really for a first Time Brid customer this was all round very dissapointed especially when order takes 2hours and that was only because i rang to remind them . Sorry but crossed off our to use list and wont recommend just being honest . Food: 1 Service: 1"
